It has protected my phone and it is very easy to request a new one when it cracks. Just pay shipping. Must cheaper than a new glass on the phone.

Somehow my other daughter was able to chip/crack her shield and I will be going to the Zagg Kiosk in the mall for a free replacement....that's right it has a limited lifetime warranty!!
