I have used this company many times in the past, NEVER AGAIN. This screen protector does not fit the screen, application is extremely difficult, and the end look completely ruins the phone. beyond disappointed, ripped it off immediately.

I had high hopes for this screen protector (I got it for my iPhone X), and I’m not quite sure how it has such good reviews. I have gone through 7 of their screen protectors now (it is free replacement but 5.99$ shipping), and I have finally given up. It immediately cracks from even dropping once. One good thing is my actual phone has not cracked, but I have to keep replacing the screen protector because of how bad it looks with the cracks.

I dropped my phone 5 inches above the ground when I got up after doing push up. It broken. I spend $39 for it and when I claim the warranty, they charge $6 for shipping a screen protector. I don't think it worth $6 and quit the claim. The price for this product is way too much and life-time warranty is a joke, even though the customer service is great .

I’ve had cheaper screens that never crack. This was very expensive and cracked within two weeks. Would not recommend it.

I am on my 3rd Zagg. Each protector has lasted 1 week or less. the right side and upper left corner don't stick. You also have to pay for the replacement to be shipped and ship the old one back, so the warranty isn't all that great. Wish I had purchased a different brand.

I have purchased 3 of these over time, and I will not purchase again. The “peel this off first” sticker has NEVER peeled the screen label off, only the little handle, leaving the screen label still on. Even the techs couldn’t get the label off. Useless, and frustrating. So if I can’t do it, and the tech guys can’t do it, not worth running the risk (and the extra trips to the store).

2 protectors in a row have lasted less than a month. The previous one was on a iPhone 6S a couple years ago and the current is on the X. My phone is either on my desk, in my laptop bag, or in my car, so it's not like a gorilla is stomping on it regularly. The current protector is chipped in two places along the edge of the protector, and now I can see cracks forming on the screen under those chips. To replace the protector, I have to pay shipping. Why bother with a screen protector if it doesn't protect the screen?

Heads up on this product. It will eventually bubble up on the iPhone X and Best Buy will not offer any type of help or replacement. The first 15 days it was great. The past week I noticed a bubble developing in several places. Each day the bubble continues to spread across the screen of the phone. This screen protector has been installed less than 30 days. Best Buy offered nothing but for me to contact Zagg and pay shipping for a replacement. When I called Zagg, they referred me to Best Buy. Viscous circle.

I am careful with my phone. Didn’t even drop it. It slid out of my pocket while I was sitting on the ground, and even though it was inside my case, the screen broke in two places at the edges. I have to pay $7 shipping for a replacement and another $7 (or more?) to send the broken one back! Another $14 gone due to a defective product.

I usually don't write reviews on items, but this time I had to. the screen protection is garbage. it fall off after 12 hours. and when trying to replace it they want to charge me $9.99 shipping fee!!! very disappointed from Zagg products and Best buy store who didn't support their customer who spent over than $700 in that purchase. no more Zagg Garbage and no more best Buy stores

Zagg is the worst product i have ever used! I have one for my phone and when i dropped it my screen shattered but the zagg protector stayed fine. The company said its not their problem and offered me a upgrade package i can pay for. Will never use this horrid company again. Would give it negative stars if i could!

Others have said it also. Very distracting diffractions (rainbow effect, prizm effect, call it what you want) at all edges of this protector. I had to return it.

This product cracked within 2 months of use. I do not drop my phone frequently nor am I rough with it so I am extremely disappointed.

Unbelievably bad product. Just doesn't do what it is supposed to.
