I have been using Zagg glass for several years now and they have saved my phone many times. The warranty is great...HOWEVER, as usual I bought another when I upgraded to the XS Max and after only 2 days I noticed the lower portion was coming off. I took it back to Best Buy (where I paid for it to be out on) and they attempted replacing it 3 times. On the 3rd try it looked okay. 2 days later I noticed it coming off on the right side so I took it back. This time they tried 4 more times including an upgrading to a sapphire glass and the same thing. It would not go on right, so they refunded my money. The flimsy guide frame that is provided allows for inaccurate application which lets the glass hang over the curve of the phone. Zagg used to have a tray to apply the glass, but not any more. I ordered a protective glass for $12.99 for 2 from a competitor. It came with a tray for application. Went on perfect and have had no issues for over a week. Zagg’s product is going down hill.

Looks great but not so easy to apply to my phone. Manufacturer gives instructions that are over simplified and overly optimistic!
