Basic shield it cracks not the phone

Very good screen protector

Good production, poor durability

The glass offers better protection and a better feel, but unfortunately it is not as durable on the XS Max. With normal use this product is prone to chipping at the bottom the phone. My wife and I have the same phone and same screen protector and have the same problem. I think the problem is because the glass is not curved at the bottom and the raised edge gets caught by the thumb with the constant swiping.
