Good at the beginning

Got a free replacement which was nice but the same thing happened. Even got the the "pro" install it the second time to make sure it wasn't a user error -- apparently that's not the case

They are convenient, but never last long. I have dropped my phone on the kitchen linoleum and it still cracked!

Not easy to apply

I took my phone to an Apple store and they applied a Belkin screen perfectly. However, it cost almost twice as much but it looks and works great.
