I give it two stars because when it cracked on me both times within the first 2 days, it never cracked any more. So maybe it was the Iphonex but seems kind of weak. I have just lived with this bubble and crack because I forgot to fill out the warranty.

I prefer the hard plastic cover if is much more protective

It’s already scratched and chipped. I purchased it less than 1month ago. I’ve never dropped my phone. They offer a warranty, which I’m waiting on the replacement (you have to pay for shipping). I will never purchase this brand again.

Had my first screen a year before it cracked. This cracked with the first fall. Want to protect my phone but this sure isn’t it. And the warranty...good in theory but if it needs to be replaced within a week—-that’s poor craftsmanship.

The screen protector failed to provide the necessary protection to my iPhone. I literally have NEVER had a cracked screen until after this purchase. This has been an expensive experience

i have also used zagg screen protectors on all my technology devices. but the most recently one i’ve purchased has NOT held up what so ever. had it for maybe a monthly and it’s already cracked and peeling off my phone.

It’s an okay screen protector not the best I found it leaves bubbles and doesn’t stick on right. It’s okay to use if you’re just waiting for a better one and need something right away.

I wish there was a rating lower than one star. Based on the price of the original product, you would assume this is a superior product. I have owned iPhones for many years, but these are the cheapest, flimsyist, and never lasted longer than a month before cracking. Sure there is a lifetime warranty, but you have to spend $5.99 each time you use it. So the total cost to you is much higher than any other screen protector. Because Best Buy's return policy only lasts a couple of weeks on these, you will never get your money back before you realize you have made a really bad purchasing decision.

I have the new iPhone X and the screen saver does not adhesiv to the sides and corners, brought back to BB and they said it is a issue call when a new shipment comes in and they will try again.

Three screen protectors in three weeks, don’t wanna go back again despite the fact it’s still broken. At least it’s guaranteed, when i do have it replaced, the techs are great.

Easy to place on my iphone, but the protector itself cracked day 3. I did not drop the item, nothing hit the screen, it simply slid out of my pocket and onto my car's seat and when I retrieved it the screen had cracked. I had also purchased one for my wife, and hers also cracked day 4, without any perceived trauma to the phone. Absolute waste of money. I would choose another cover. I also tried to buy new ones, and their track record was the same, 1-2 weeks in both had cracked again. Save your money.

The employee put two of these protectors on my phone and it went on poorly so he put the privacy screen protector on and it went on perfect.

This is my second time getting this screen protector not impressed. Not even two weeks I already have three cracks in my screen and it’s scratched up from just being in my purse.

I got a scratch on my screen protector and the next day that scratch turned into a crack across the glass. I hope I don't have to pay the fee off the rip for a new screen protector.

One speck of dust under the protector and it looks like crap, no matter how hard you try and clean the surface. I really wonder if they’re really necessary.

Apple is not my favorite brand. But it's an absurd when you have to purchase extra protection from companies like ZAGG that may not protect your Apple properly.

The product itself was good. Great quality, worth your money. I’ve never had any issues or complaints with this brand. It does the job.
