Overall this is a very good product for protecting your screen. Now I have had an issue with one peeling after about year but if you bought and paid installation at Best Buy it is guaranteed for life and they will install it for free also.

This screen protector fits the phone well and is made of good quality. I've used Zagg screen protectors (glass) for my last two phones and it always protected my phone even after I dropped it. I've had to replace the screen protector on my previous phone due to it being cracked from drops but the phone's screen never cracked.

Purchased this screen saver for my new iPhone X’s max. I had a problem with the invisible shield glass+anti-glare, does not fill on iPhone X’s max well, (see review). Put this one on and so far looks good looks good and no problems. The fit is much better than the ZAGG glass+anti-glare one.

I know you’re a busy person so I’ll break it down real easy: PROS: Feels good to the touch. APPLICATION TRAY (big big BIG PLUS) Pay $5.99 each time for lifetime replacement CONS: Lots of false advertising - CLAIMS to be BUBBLE FREE application but I get bubbles every time after applying for 3 different phones. Claims to have a hardness rating of 9/10 but I had visible scratches from daily usage. Never once dropped my phone or stick my phone in pocket with keys or sharp objects. Random spot on the edge broke off (in the same spot as mentioned in a previous review I just read); again, never dropped phone even once AND I have a protective case on it. Not fingerprint/smudge resistant although it does work to a certain extent. My final thoughts: I only bought this because of the lifetime warranty and ez application tray because I have OCD. Overall very average product, there may be better options out there for the price but I haven’t tried anything else out there since I’m just going to drop 6 bucks for a replacement every time.

Zagg currently has six variations on glass screen protectors for the iPhone XS Max. This makes it tremendously confusing for the consumer on which to choose. Go ahead and give it a shot on Zagg's website: under the iPhone XS Max, click "All Options" to see all variations. Even as a tech-savvy person and good critical reader, I could not figure out what the actual differences were. Originally, I had purchased the "Anti-Glare" model because it provides a smooth, matte finish to the screen. However, that model is plagued with a "halo-ing" problem that persistent throughout multiple warranty replacements. Finally, I opted to switch to the basic Glass+ model and it has not demonstrated the same weakness in the two hours since installation. I miss the matte finish of the Anti-Glare, but at least this version doesn't have that ugly halo-ing around the edges.

Great product and protection. Great service plan too

I purchased this product for obvious reasons. I bought a super expensive phone and I want something of quality to protect the screen. So I purchased this screen protector at full price thinking I would never have to use it. I’ve never dropped a cellphone before. I’ve never had anything in the same pocket that my phone is in. I clean my phone and phone case almost daily. So it is confusing that i am about to send this screen protector in for a warranty replacement for the second time. It simply just breaks from normal use. A week after I purchased this protector, a piece chipped off the mid-lateral side of the protector. So I paid $5.99 to get a replacement through warranty. Great! One week later I get a hairline crack dead center of the protector. Looks like I’m down another $5.99. I’m not sure why this $35 protector is breaking on a weekly basis when I had a $3 protector on my iPhone 5 that latest 5 years of use (it’s still on the phone I just don’t use it anymore) but I’m rather disappointed that this protector can’t handle daily use.

I have had a number of Zagg products and this one is, like the rest, excellent. It's been a year since my last Zagg purchase and the installation procedure has been improved since then. The red plastic frame is rather lightweight but once in place it provided an excellent guide. Glad to have it on my phone!

Only issue I encountered is the red plastic installation guide. It is very flimsy and thin, and it doesn't stay still if it is touched at all during installation. This is different from the iPhone X which includes a thicker plastic guide.

As always, Zagg is the master of phone cases. I bought this one for iPhone XS Max and its quality if undebatable.

This product is excellent. Easy for installing, clean and resistant. Look always like new.

I bougjt my new iphone xs on wednesday and the best buy girl installed this on it. I dropped the phone on the plastic rug at work under my desk. The cover is shattered. Luckily i had learned from past experience when a year after having this on my iphone 7 plus that these zagg shields do Talk later... last and get bubbles or brake i had registered this one. So now i paid $6 to get a replacement sent to me and i have to send them the broken one and pay for the shipping. Bottom line i do Talk later... recommend it. I am now on my way to buy the most expensive one from zagg : the $50 saphire one, hoping that it is better quality. I am very disappointed. Day two and it broke. I could not believe my eyes.

This is good and i would buy it again and I will recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this screen protector on 12/13/18 and put it on my new iPhone XS Max at about 9:30pm that same night. By noon the next day, 12/14/18, it was already collecting air/not sealed along the right and left edges of the screen. I’m just thankful it is along the edges where the protector ends and not cut off “air bubbles” under the main portion of the screen, which would drive me nuts. I’m also thankful that it isn’t noticeable while using my phone, but only when the screen is off or dark. I registered the protector online so that if it gets any worse I will have them send me a new one since it has a warranty and just pay the shipping. For the cost, which is almost half of what my otterbox cost me that I bought at the same time, one would expect better performance and quality—at least for a while; it didn’t make it 24 hours before the edges began unsealing. Judging by the overall reviews, I’m willing to give it the benefit of the doubt, which is the only reason I’m clicking “yes” on recommending this product. It could be worse. I’ll stomach it, for now.

I rarely give any kind of review that paints a negative picture but I feel like screen protectors at retail outlets are so high priced people need to know the down side. I used to buy Zagg exclusively with my new phones. These tempered glass screen protectors are a must. They all pretty much have 9H hardness and beveled or curved edges. I bought this one for my XS Max and after a day in my pocket with no keys or anything else I had MAJOR scratches and a crack. I ended up buying their Insignia 9H for $12 and couldn't be happier. A+ 5 star for Best Buy not hasseling me on the $40 return and getting me into the cheaper one that cost $12 and is holding up great.

I could not put the screen on correctly and had to keep taking it on and off resulting in it collecting air-bound particles I couldn’t remove.

I have used Zagg plastic screen protectors before and had one on my phone for several years. When I bought my Iphone Xmax, I purchased the Zagg glass protector for me and my son. Within a week my son's was cracking. I thought it may be just him being rough on it so I bought another one because he forgot to register it and I had thrown away packaging. About 2 weeks later, mine developed cracks at lower edge and now has a crack going up the middle and towards both sides. His new one has started cracking as well. I may purchase the plastic style Zagg but will not use the glass version again.

Bought this protector cuz it had amazing reviews. What a waste! First, I followed all the instructions on installation perfectly. And I am a perfectionist. The protector wouldn’t stick to the phone screen on the perimeter. Second, it’s only been a couple of weeks and the protector is all cracked! No idea even why! My phone never fell!!! Horrible horrible

I bought this protector and it only lasted about a month. I’m very careful with my stuff and suddenly It crack so I decided to go with something cheaper (non-brand) and Honestly it works better than Zagg.

It worked great for my iPhone 6S, but the protector cracked in a week and now I need to pay 5.99 for a replacement. I hope the next one works well.... I wish I would've just purchased other brands.
