I had never used one of these before, It does not seem to reduce sensitivity of the screen at all. It actually seems to reduce fingerprints a little and cleans easier than the Surface screen. I hope I don't have to find out first hand about it's protective qualities though ;)

I only buy Zagg screen protectors I love that the folks install it for you (for fee) but that’s ok this surface so large I think it would be hard to do and the team are pros! I trust Zagg and they will do lifetime replacements

I have Zagg screen protectors on pretty much all of my devices. I don't see why anyone would not choose to use these. Applying them is straightforward and simple and they warranty them in a consumer-friendly way if it breaks. Excellent service! Highly recommended.

Buyer Beware: Being that it's Zagg and that I had the Glass protector for my Surface 3 I figured this is a must buy for my Pro 4; No. Stay away from the 'HD Glass' for the Pro 4, my touch sensitivity is absolutely terrible with this protector on. After talking to Zagg apparently the 'HD Glass' is thicker than Standard Glass. Why they would make something that compromises touch-sensitivity is completely beyond me. Don't buy this, for $54.99 it's the Worst accessory you can buy for the Pro 4.

I got this screen protector because the associate said it was the best on the market, and I haven't been disappointed. You don't notice that it's there and most importantly, it doesn't interfere with the touch screen sensitivity at all. Great product.

For close to $60 I would expect this would be super easy to install but I would be greatly mistaken. Pretty poor install design - but appears to be keeping everything safe after 4 attempts to get the placement right. Not a huge fan so far.

Went on great and protects well. The cost is just absurd.

I bought the Zagg at Best Buy. If I have to replace my shield again I take it back to Best Buy and they put it back on for me for free since I bought it there and paid for the installation the 1st time.

Worked well but expensive. Consider other options.

I won't lie it does an excellent job of protecting the screen. The problem is with this on you lose the ability to use finger touch gestures and the pen becomes hard to use accurately as well.

I've used Zagg products for many years, and they generally do no disappoint. They have excellent customer service as well, and do a great job of protecting screens. This one fits well, but one corner is not fully seated and sealed. Its on the bezel, so I generally don't notice it while using the device.

I've been using Zagg since they came out and was glad to find out I could get glass for my surface pro 4. Feels just like it wasn't there.

I thought the screen protector didn't fit at first because the holes didn't line up with the camera. In fact the hole is for the microphone not the camera. So this is a great product after all.

Zagg, I love these products. I have on my phone my phone too. The company is great at replacing them if they crack or break and it very easy to do. Be sure to register it upon receipt and enjoy.
