This product doesn't deserve 1* I'd never purchased ZAGG before & I will NEVER PURCHASE this brand again!!! Screen protector had already been opened & was full of lint & dust!!! Best Buy of course wouldn't let us return it, we have to mail it off to ZAGG ($10) or more to do so?! Really??? And take the chance on being ripped off again!? This screen protector was a MESS! $50+ down the drain!!! I won't purchase anything from BB now that can't be returned in store.

They just don't seem to ever go on and stay on without bubbles or edge problems. I'm done trying to use these.

This is very difficult to put on without air pockets showing up. The first one I bought was cracked when I opened the box. The second (last) one I bought I spent almost an hour trying to put it on correctly and I finally gave up. I asked if one of the Best Buy or Geek Squad folks could put it on for me and was told no. I returned this item and will never buy another one again!

Don't be confused by the description or the title, this cover is not glass. It is a film cover. It is not a shatter resistant protector as the title would lead you to believe. Additionally, when I received my shipment, the box had the packaging inside, but the screen protector was not inside. Check your box as soon as you get it or before you leave the store.

Very hard to use stylus with this cover on ....doesnt click on when typing letters

I love this product. However, I did not receive the student discount after purchasing. I showed my ID for the college I am currently attending.. I did the Online form to get the Student discount. I paid full price. I would like my student discount on this product.

it ruins the touch sensitivity of my surface. you either need to have the charger pluged in, or keep in contact with the metal housing. if its up on the kickstand you can beat the heck out of it trying to click.

Was easy to put on and clean, but not for use with Surface Pro 7. Covers the two microphones and renders then completely useless as was Zagg's customer service.

Bought this to keep interface from scratch but now it has rendered my surface pen unusable. Unable to return since product is stuck on to the tablet.

I have enjoyed this screen shield as it provides great protection. However, over the years there has been gradual pitting. Now it is easily seen when the tablet is on.

Ordered this and had Geek Squad put it on. Definately worth $15 to have them install a $55 screen protector. I've only been using it about 2 days, and it's great. I haven't noticed any "input lag" with pen writing, but it does seem a little hard to finger zoom in and out. I use my pro 4 for school, such as being able to write on lecture notes and studying. It's super hard to zoom in and out. Last night I was getting super frustrated, but I mean it's a screen protector; it's suppose to protect. While $55 is a lot of money, it does come with a lifetime warranty. When I buy hardware, it's all about the warranty. A lifetime warranty is super great for something like this. I'm giving a 4 stars because of the screen functionalities (zooming and scrolling), but it's still a good product. Is it worth a retail price of $55...? Probably not, but since the reviews were good, why not :)

Protective cover was easy to install and has worked fine for me in the oil field.

Application was easy and seems to be protecting my tablet pretty well. Quality stuff.

If I could install this without bubbles it might have been ok, but $55 down the toilet. Could not get it to install following all the instruction. I had a $150 gift certificate after buying a surface 4 i7. so I used it to buy this, and was a huge mistake. All the good reviews makes me wonder if they are real or a scam to sell more of this. Way over priced. And does not install without bubbles.

Would highly recommend getting this to protect your Surface Pro screen. Would recommend having the Geek Squad install it as well.
