Glass breaks? Send the request for a replacement, get the new glass and ship the broken glass back to Zagg. It's a very simple process!

Great Screen Protector for phones!

The product is guaranteed for the life of your phone. My screen ended up shattering after about 3-4 months of me dropping my phone, etc. All you do is go onto the Zagg website and request a replacement. They send you a new screen protector and all you do is send the broken one back and once they receive it they will email you notifying you. Highly recommend this product and best buy always offers it at a reasonable price or will price match it!

dirty spots inside

I first noticed some spots from inside the shield not so long ago, probably around mid December 2015. First I thought it was dirty spots from the outside, so I used the cleaning spray for phone and cleaned it. That's how I knew it was from inside/underneath the shield. Thought about going back to Best Buy and ask if someone can help me with this. There are a lot of spots enough to make my new phone look dirty and it becomes annoying. If anyone buy this product, please pay attention because i'm not sure it's the quality of the shield or because it was not properly installed.
