Its supposed to be the best shield ever but mine cracked when i put it on...... other than that its been perfectly smooth and doesnt effective the response

I got this item based on the recommendation from a very nice tech support person and I'm very happy with it. It has great clarity and does not show finger prints as my previous one did.

My 3 year old son decided to repeated hit my phone with one of his toys. The screen protector took the brunt of it and my screen never cracked. I stick by thia product completely.

I have had a invisashield on my phones for the last 4 years and have not cracked a screen yet and there were many times that one should have....best protection you can get for your phone.

I have had two different phone glass covers for my phones.The new one got chipped some how and it is covered under warranty. I have to pay 5.99 shipping which I then have to mail the chipped one back. The other I never had trouble with . Hopefully I won't have to pay shipping again to send it back. I had this one not even a month. So that's why I can't recommend this.

These glass protection screens look great, they're made of real glass...BUT, that being said they are very rigid. To cut to the point, I bought this protector for the Galaxy Note 5 and the edges of the phone have a very slight slope to it. Meaning the rigidity of the glass makes it impossible to get full contact between the the screen. What you end up getting is an eyesore for a display since you can see an air gap at the edge of the screen and protector.

the protector looks okay but the installation is very hard to have it be perfect mine had to be done twice

Bought it for my last several.phones with awesome results. This time however, I am confused. It didn't completely cover the screen. The portion of the screen that it doesn't cover has now started to bubble up and creep under the screen protector on my galaxy note5 64 Gb. I've never had a problem with this product until now. Maybe it's the phone design? I'm not sure. I have a 4 star rating still bc I have never had one cause issues until now.

This was the second shield I bought, because my first one was cracked, fortunately not my screen.

I love ZAGG screen protectors for their quality but this glass one didn't even last me a year. It didn't drop very high/hard but my screen protector chipped easily. My previous ones that weren't glass didn't chip at all. One positive would be that you can't even tell you have a screen protector on because of the clarity. It truly is "HD".

Cauae of the brand you would think your buying a quality product.. well thats not the case here, this thing has cracked all over and i haven't even dropped my phone yet and it's the edges that seam to be where it fails it just cracks with the lightest pressure not to mention it doesn't even fully cover the entire screen. However it dose have a lifetime warranty and you must register frist as i did so hopefully they'll send me a new one..

I have dropped my phone many times. On three different occasions my Invisa shield took the hit and cracked but my phone screen was intact. Then I get a free replacement.

The Zagg invisi-shield that Best Buy installed on my phone broke within the first week of my using it. I am actually questioning the installation more than the product itself. There were no incidents that could have broken the glass other than my putting pressure on the phone to close it into my Otterbox Defender case. I am, however, thankful that the screen on my phone remained undamaged and that Zagg replaced my shield without question.

It works great. I have purchased this before and it saved my screen when my child dropped it. It's so good I actually forgot that it was there and thought I cracked my phone.

I have dropped various things on my phone at work and there was not any damage to the main screen or the protector. With smudges on the screen I can still see my screen clearly.

I have had this replace 3 times since the first installation on my phone. It bubbles up around the edges, and just starts to crack and crumble in various spots for no reason. To top that off it doesn't even fit the whole screen. So not worth the money. I have had them before and it was much better quality. Do yourself a favor and find an alternative choice.

Love the fact that it had replacement warranty. It's very durable but breaks can be expected.

I have had this on several of my phones--we all drop them from time to time --and knowing it the Zagg protector can be replaced is so nice --would recommend to a friend

My last phone had a cracked screen, so I made sure I got a glass protector. It is much better than the plastic ones and after installed, you hardly notice it is there.

2 days of owning screen chipped without any damage from dropping it or anything landing on it. About a week later i put it in my pocket and it caught on it and pulled the screen off and it broke in half. I've owned other brands and never had this probably 49.00 is a lot for something that didn't even Last a month. Wouldn't ever buy this again.
