The guy who sold it to me didnt put it on very good but the product itself is good

This item cracked them in less then 30 days when 9 month old dropped it in kitchen

Once applied the edge cracked due to the phone being slightly rounded.

Shield is very hard to put on the device. Won't purchase another one

Breaks very easy. It fell off bed and hit a plugin outlet and cracked

looks good and does a good job but Note 5 is no longer available

This was the only screen protector they had and have. Replaced 2x already and getting ready to replace again. Any little thing that touches it, it cracks. Not worth the $30-40. Not even sure why this glass protector is an option.

I had this for a week and it cracked. I didn't drop it or anything. For $40, this product should be better made. I got the free warranty replacement and that also broke. Once again, didn't drop it. It looks cool on the phone but I don't know if it's worth $40 when it breaks this easily.

Unfortunately, the cellphone screen protector cracked on one of the sides within 2 weeks of being put on the cell phone. It did protect the phone screen but the screen protector should never have been that flimsy.

I purchased this screen protector and had it installed by the Best Buy associate in the cellphone department. Within 1 week there was a small crack visible in the corner. I had not dropped my phone, nor was it subjected to any other form of impact. I tried to have the item replace at Best Buy since, in my opinion, they had sold me a defective item. However they were unwilling to provide any customer support and told me that I had to go through the product's warranty (for which I would have incurred additional fees for shipping). I've chosen to live with the crack for now. Best Buy needs to provide better customer support for the products that they sell. It is highly unlike that I will purchase from them in the future.

Dropped the phone and it broke instantly. Not good. I didn't register for the warranty. I threw it away because of the sharp glass fragments. Otter box saved my note5 more than once for sure.

I have a Note 5 and this Invisishield did not fit my phone. I tried to cut a little off to make it fit - needless to say, it didn't work and I ended up throwing it in the trash. What a waste of $$$$.

The screen protector crack too easily. Even with the replacement policy, it's not worth the effort. I have a good case and no screen protector now and haven't had a problem in 2 years.

I did not like this on my phone. It gave the screen a blue tint when it was in high light areas. I removed it and saw that the images and screen looked much better to me.

Chipped shortly after installed. I paid $7,99 for it to be installed. Then I had to pay $5,99 for shipping. And paid another $7,99 again to have the new one installed

Zagg's replacement promise might sound reassuring, but given how quickly their glass screen protectors go to pot and that you do have to pay shipping each time the equally faulty replacement becomes too broken to use, you just end up on a costly merry-go-round. I use the Note series of phones, and had this problem with 3 and 4 as well. A cracked screen protector is ESPECIALLY annoying if you use the stylus frequently. I'm upgrading phones this week, and staying far away from Zagg :(

The protector does not match up to the curved edges of the screen. If I wanted to see air bubbles I would have bought a cheap screen protector.

Had phone for a month already has multiple cracks only got this cover because the person who sold phone to me said it was better than regular zagg cover

that's as long as it lasted before it started to peel and get dirt particles under it and crack. my old 1 lasted more then a year

It was great when put on the phone, but within a month it was chipped and cracked and the phone has not been dropped, etc.
