Don't really like it and cracked 1st day, ........

I've pretty much sworn on Zagg Glass screen protectors over the years. They have a great record of standing by their product and the cheap protectors you can get elsewhere simply do not hold up as well. Unfortunately Zagg has thinned out their glass which means it cracks easier, and I've been able to crack a screen protector by running my nail along the outside. Outside of that - Zagg screen shields are great for people who are concerned about scratching/shattering their screen as they have a lifetime warranty and get free replacements for the life of the product.

This is a very decent protector. It's very clear and I like the way it just stays put without interfering with the swiping. This is a god way to keep your screen free from scratches. Just make sure you clean it constantly, or otherwise you will see the fingerprints.

I can’t believe the negative reviews, I bought this the day I bought my phone before I even took the plastic off of my phone to insure that I didn’t even get a microscopic scratch on it! It’s too pretty!!! I love this screen protector. I usually put them on myself since I seem to do so with success and accidently dropped it and got lint on it and when I went to exchange it, they did so without any hassle. I would recommend, however, if you do buy this and you have a stand at your mall that sells and installs ZAGG screen protectors, to have the man/woman at the stand do it for you. They are usually much more successful at installing without air bubbles or even a hint of lint than a Best Buy employee. That is where I went to get mine installed after my exchange. My only complaint is that the top and bottom of the screen protector by the camera and speaker and the home key do not go down far enough so you can surely see that I have a screen protector on my phone, not that I mind too much. Also, this “halo” effect some people mention is either do to poor installation or the reflection of your case. I noticed this on my phone as well, but when I tilt it away from the light, the “halo” effect on the very tops and bottom of the screen go away. It’s just the reflection of light since I have a clear rubber case. Yea, paying $40 + tax for it hurt, but the protection is worth it. It does not temper with screen sensitivity or the picture quality of the screen.

I had the new phone and the employee threw in this screen protector free of charge. I had the phone less than a week and accidentally dropped it while getting out of the car. The fall was minimal; I've experienced much worse. There was a hairline crack across the screen, which for about 5 days I thought was the actual glass of the phone! I didn't realize the protector was a hard plastic, and that was actually what cracked. Needless to say, I was very happy to know that my new $700 baby wasn't broken. Thumbs up! Now lets see how the 'limited lifetime warranty' works out....

Easy to apply, quick and painless. I would buy again.

My wife and I had these shields for the note 3 for three years. This definitely protects the phone's actual screen. My only dislikes are potential air bubbles and/or debris under the shield. I recommend having a rep install the glass. I have had to go back to have them put on a new one because of air pocket and a few debris. The Bestbuy mobile manager was more than happy room replace the glass with no hassle. (Shout out to bestbuy mobile store in charlottesville, virginia!)

So I had BestBuy install this for me the day I bought the phone. I noticed that it didn't seal properly at top and bottom and along the side edges. After getting the phone home and pressing and working really hard on the HD glass I got it to seal on top somewhat but not anywhere else. Really frustrated about spending 40 bucks plus tax I ordered a replacement for $3.99 from Zagg. Once I received the replacement I decided to email Zagg support since I read soooo many bad reviews about halo effect. I was told that due to the curve on the screen of Note 5 it may experience Halo around edges and also the color of the phone may cause it to show more! Unhappy with this answer I attempted to reinstall the replacement HD glass screen and it too didn't seal properly along sides however it did seal at top and bottom this time. My coworker has the same phone, same color with a tempered glass protector with no Halo (different manufacture) so I compared the two. Hers is much thinner than the Zagg even though it is same dimensions. I would not recommend the Zagg product on this Note 5. I mean who really tells a customer the phone is at fault and not there product! Crazy to me!

This was recommended to me by the BB guy - but the screen protector is too small for the screen - so it doesn't fit the entire screen - and it looks 'off'. Also, the right edge doesn't fit down onto the screen sompletely so I can see a 'gap.

I was in a hurry before work and purchased the ziggy HD glass for my note 5. The installer notified me of a $8 install fee. Then told me it was on perfect but because of Samsung glass has a slight curved edge that there will be slight air bubbles on the sides. I think I will return today and return it. Spent a lot of money to not have bubbles.

In the past I have had good luck with these screen protectors. However, y wife, daughter, and I recently purchased new phones, and logically we put glass screen protectors of them. Within a very short time mine had a scratch in the screen. I understand this happen, but that scratch quickly led to the screen being cracked all the way across. Had this just been mine, I would not have thought much about it, but all three of them have cracked. Had they all been the same phone type I might have attributed this to a bad batch, but they are different phone types. On the plus side the screen protector has a lifetime warranty, but they charge you 5.99 shipping. For 5.99 I can get a 3 pack of "lesser quality" glass screen protectors. I'm going to take my chances elsewhere.

The install was easy but the finished product looks terrible, the left and right edges of the protector do nothe stay flush with the phone, which will eventually lead to lint and dust making its way underneath and this is supposed to be a HD screen protector but if anything it does the opposite, it kind of magnifies the pixels and now it looks like millions of little color dots or as my wife said "rainbow dots" on the screen, bestbuy also told me I couldn't refund this product , there goes my $42, extremely disappointed. Bought at Best Buy near Fort Bragg, NC

had this applied to my note 5 by the best buy crew for free. love the protection. screen is still very clear and the touch sensitivity was not effected at all. would def recommend this product. the only thing I don't like about this is that it has a blue tint to it

Had this screen protector placed on the day Note 5 was released. The Halo effect was the first prominent thing I realized. There was also this rainbow coloring at the sides. Its been 48 hours now and I'm going to head back to best buy to have it re-done. I'll let you know if its the product.

I bought this screen protector for my brother's Note 5 and he really likes it.

I LOVE this product as it performed exactly as claimed because I unfortunately dropped by phone and it was put to the test. In fact, the screen protector absorbed the impact and my phone screen was protected. I highly recommend this product!

Starts off looking very good. Bubbles and cracks around edges after a while. Still does a good job protecting screen.

Has done fairly well but I just dropped my note 5 and it cracked in the corner but looked like it saved the screen
