Customers are saying
Customers recognize the InvisibleShield HD Glass Screen Protector's excellent screen protection, ease of application, and clarity. Many appreciate its scratch resistance and the lifetime warranty, although some find the price to be high. A few users noted issues with fit and a halo effect around the edges. While most found installation easy, some experienced challenges with adhesion.

Don't bother
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was pretty easy to actually put on but many bubbles. As soon as I put my case on top of it a bunch more bubbles appeared. If your not a case person and merely trying to protect the screen it's fine.

Broke within 1st week and best buy didn't want to
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is supposed to be the best screen protector out there and you would expect it to be with the $ you pay for it. It did break but I DID PROTECT THE PHONES SCREEN FROM DAMAGE. I was more annoyed that best buy, despite having the receipt dated 6 days earlier gave me the run around and didn't want to replace it. They eventually did but I have never had such poor customer service in a best buy in my life.

Does not fit tightly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought one, and returned it because it started to come off. So I bought another and had it professionally installed by my professional self only to find out that- the Note 5 has a slight curve thay exceeds the length of the screen cover. As a result, the screen cover is slightly raised around the edges of the cover. The glue does not stick to the phone screen near the edges. I am not an engineer, but I think they shortcutted the process when designing the note 5 screen. As a comparison, the Note 4 screen fits tightly with a great feel.

Does not adhere well at edges
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had one of these on my Samsung S4, and it delaminated along the edges and over the camera lens. It's subsequent cloudiness rendered the camera useless. When I bought my Samsung Note 5, I had the shield installed by Best Buy personnel. It took them three tries to get it to adhere without voids, and it did the same thing a few weeks after installation; it delaminated along the edge. The glass is tough, but it just doesn't stick well enough to be a product I'd recommend.

Isn't formed for screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this screen protector for my not 5 a few weeks ago, and I wish I could say it was doing great! I typically don't like screen protectors because you always manage to get SOMETHING under it. I've had a few glass ones in the past for other phone like the iphone, and Droid 2 and 4, and they were nice and no issues. I figured I'd purchase one for my note 5. It is pricy (over 40.00), but if it protected my shiny new phone, the price was worth it. I get home and clean my phone all up and ensure that there's not little fuzzies on my screen. I carefully put the screen protector on and to my amazment, no fuzz in the middle of my screen. Awesome! Then I noticed that the adhesive wasn't pushed and sticking to any of the edges following the screen (the note has a minimal taper around the edges). So I press and hold and press. This went on for two days until I figured I'd try a hair dryer to see if I could heat the adhesive and make it stick to my phone. It didn't work at all. So about a week later, I pulled my phone out of my pocket and the edge of the screen protector got caught on my jeans and broke the glass screen protector in half. It seems they made the screen protector completely flat, and didn't calculate the small taper the screen has. So all in all, I wouldn't recommend this screen protector because of this issue, though small, it makes this screen protector a bit pointless if it doesn't completely stick to your phone.

Great brand, poor product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used ZAGG screen protectors for years and am usually pleased with the GLASS line, but not this time. I think due in part to the combination of the all-glass front and slight curves the protector simply cannot adhere as well due to its rigidity. Fortunately I can use the warranty to get the HDX Defense screen, but it is upsetting as I do like the feel of this screen.

Too small for screen so breaks
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The glass itself is fantastic, very smooth and repels oils and fingerprints, also extremely clear like it's not even there. Same as previous versions. However, the glass size is too small for the screen. It barely covers the visible portion of the screen on the left and right edges (if you position it perfectly upon install) ... Also the top and bottom are way off which makes a tactile ridge when trying to use the back and menu buttons and doesn't fully cover the phone glass. Because it is too small, the ridge of the protector glass is exposed and with the slightest hits will ding and crack the glass. I've had this for 2 months and am already on my 3rd one because of this. Of course the Zagg warranty covers it for replacement but you still have to pay $4 in shipping each time..eventually that adds up to no longer be a good deal.

Needs some design change
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These glass protection screens look great, they're made of real glass...BUT, that being said they are very rigid. To cut to the point, I bought this protector for the Galaxy Note 5 and the edges of the phone have a very slight slope to it. Meaning the rigidity of the glass makes it impossible to get full contact between the the screen. What you end up getting is an eyesore for a display since you can see an air gap at the edge of the screen and protector.

disappointed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cauae of the brand you would think your buying a quality product.. well thats not the case here, this thing has cracked all over and i haven't even dropped my phone yet and it's the edges that seam to be where it fails it just cracks with the lightest pressure not to mention it doesn't even fully cover the entire screen. However it dose have a lifetime warranty and you must register frist as i did so hopefully they'll send me a new one..

Broke within the first week
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Zagg invisi-shield that Best Buy installed on my phone broke within the first week of my using it. I am actually questioning the installation more than the product itself. There were no incidents that could have broken the glass other than my putting pressure on the phone to close it into my Otterbox Defender case. I am, however, thankful that the screen on my phone remained undamaged and that Zagg replaced my shield without question.

Would not recommend for the Note 5
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Usually don't have any issues with the glass screen protectors from zagg, but because the note 5 has a slight bevel on the edge it doesn't allow the glass screen protector to set all the way flush so it doesn't look very good. With previous experience I would recommend glass screen protectors from zagg for just about any other phone except the note 5.

Protects screen
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this cover but it's chipping around the button. It cost $38.00 plus I paid $8.95 to have it installed by Best Buy and it chipped right away. I stopped at a Zagg Kiosk in Northtown Mall and he would gladly replace for $10.95 install price since it has a ""lifetime"" warranty. Why should I have to pay again for installation?

It didn't last very long.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I put it on my phone as directed. It had splotches all over the screen. I took it back off and tried to fix the protector ans it didn't work. I wasted $40. Best buy did say that I could pay someone to put it on. At $40.00 for 1 they could have put it on for free.

Not worth the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I believe it is not worth the money. I bought it and two weeks later it was cracked. I didn't even drop my phone therefore I have no idea how it happened.

My shield already bubbled
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The shield is messed up at the bottom corner and by the button. Best buy tells me I have to get a replacement from Zagg and pay a shipping cost.

CracksTooEasily
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this protective shield because I drop my phone all the time and had broken the screen on my previous note. This does do that job: the protective screen absorbs the blows. But it cracks easily, and then you have to pay $7 shipping to get the replacement under warranty (glass is free, but you do pay shipping).

Didn't last long.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It cracked in the first monthing and that was just dropping it on a carpeted floor. Not very durable. Too expensive to Crack so easily.

Ehhh...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not very fond of this tempered glass screen. Gives halo effect on edges, and is very sensitive. Can't put my phone into Gear VR with this glass because it breaks so easily. Also had one replaced at Best Buy and the rep pressed the glass gently to the screen and it cracked as well. Not very reliable glass for the price.
