Installation was easy and it offers good protection, but along a few edges it doesn't stay flush. You can see that it isn't sticking. A $10 tempered glass protector fit better than this.

there are a few things that I did not like about this screen protector, one is the fit. it doesn't quite cover the whole screen, the top and bottom leave a small gap. The other thing I did not like is that in the sun light it has a blue hue to it which makes it difficult to see. it does offer protection which is why I gave 3 stars. I would say try a different glass screen protector.

I've always purchased glass zagg shields for my phone but this is the first time I have issues with one. I've tried about 3 and it never lays perfectly on the sides.. It's not a lot but I like it to look perfect.. Had to settle for less this time... At least its doing its job of protecting the screen.

The screen protector is wonderful and very easy to install, however due to the curved screen of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, there is a halo effect sometimes. My husband's phone went on perfectly, but my phone has a terrible halo. It's a 50/50 shot. I'd prefer cheap non-glass to these, honestly.

Nothing special. It does what it's supposed to. For those more familiar with normal screen protectors, this is a lot thicker (hence glass) and doesn't bend or flimsy about when you pull it out of the package. What this means is that it's easier to install. You just lat it flat on the screen with ease. I will note that this screen doesn't cover 100% of the screen. The note 5 has a very very slight curve on the side edges of the "screen". For example, if you were to lay this on the very left of the screen, you'll end up with a pretty noticable gap on the right side. Also, the left side won't sit flush. My recomendation is to line it up on the middle as best you can. Use the gaps for the camera lens as a guide.

So far its been good. But then again im not rough on my phone. It smudges real easy so im constantly wiping my screen of prints. Paid 39.99 which i feel is a bit much.

I had the Best Buy Mobile rep install the cover on my phone. Now they make you pay for that service. The sides of the cover have never been without bubbles. Also, the glass doesn't competely cover the front of the phone. The cut outs are a little off as there is some spacing around the edges. My previous phone had a glass cover from my service provider and I prefer that one over this.

This is not the first Zagg shield that I have purchased. But it is the first that didn't last very long. I'm not sure if it was because of how it was put on (by the staff at Best Buy). But it started lifting in the corner about a week after I got it. Have never had this issue before, they usually last me the life of my phone. So, like I said...I'm not sure what happened this time. But disappointing to have to have to request a replacement so soon.

The Zagg screen provides a very nice layer of protection for the screen that doesn't limit touch functionality, but it also cracks very easily. I have dropped my phone twice and cracked the screen protector both times (though better the protector than the screen itself). The warranty replaces the shield no questions asked, though you do have to pay shipping.

I had to buy this again to replace the one that was on my previous phone when both this shield and the screen of my phone broke when I dropped by phone. The only good thing was that it prevented my screen from breaking apart and I was able to continue using my phone until the replacement phone arrived.

I dropped my phone once already and the glass protector is cracked in several places and had air bubbles. It did protect my phone though, no cracks on the actual screen. But for a $40 screen protector I was expecting nothing to be cracked.

Had this screen protector put on at the store when I purchased my phone by the Best Buy employee. Protects my screen well but the edges of the shield never settled down. Doesn't bother me but it is noticeable when the screen is off.

When it was first installed by Best Buy around mid October 2015, everything looked nice and clear. I first noticed some spots from inside the shield not so long ago, probably around mid December 2015. First I thought it was dirty spots from the outside, so I used the cleaning spray for phone and cleaned it. That's how I knew it was from inside/underneath the shield. Thought about going back to Best Buy and ask if someone can help me with this. There are a lot of spots enough to make my new phone look dirty and it becomes annoying. If anyone buy this product, please pay attention because i'm not sure it's the quality of the shield or because it was not properly installed.

I like this screen protector. It's very clear. However, it breaks EASILY IF YOU NEED OR WANT TO REMOVE IT FOR ADJUSTMENT fit to your phone, she it does have GREAT replacement warranty.

Loved the feel of it when using my phone but sense the phone has curved edges the side edges have air so it may bother some people as it did to me but at the end it's an ok shield

This cracked in 2 weeks not sure how. I did not drop my phone or anything. But it does keep scratches off my screen.

You only know how good something like this is when an adverse event occurs. Luckily no such experience thus far.

I like it, but this is my second one and it keeps on getting a bubble under the top right corner.

After two weeks, I've got multiple cracks and chips in my protector, but my phone is still good.

The smooth feel of the screen protector is amazing. But within the first few weeks I would repeatedly take it out of my purse and it would be cracked. It makes no sense to have glass protect glass. Under the warranty I was able to get the HDX Invisibleshield instead which is what I had on my last phone with no issues. The Glass shield feels much better to the touch but not worth the hassle if I have to keep replacing it.
