When I dropped my phone without a case, this screen protector cracked but I am 99% sure that the glass shield kept my actual phone screen intact. Glad I am only spending 40.00 to repair instead of 165.00.

The Invisibleshield is perfect for keeping oiling fingerprints off the screen, and over time, as my phone has aged and been banged up, it has kept a few small cracks from getting worse and protects my fingers from cuts. I would have had to replace the phone/screen otherwise, but instead, the Invisibleshield makes the cracks hardly noticeable.

The staff at Best Buy tried 5 times to put this on my screen correctly. Finally they told me to either live with the bubbles or return it and figure something else out because they weren't going to keep trying. Even though they charged me $8.00 to install. I don't know if it's them or the screen protector but I don't want to live with the bubbles nor do I want this "Expensive" screen unprotected. Kinda stuck.

It does Not seem to fit the front of the phone well. You have to place it exactly centered if not the edges will not seal.

The Best Buy rep couldn't apply the screen without issue. They tried with 3 different brand new shields and each one ended up with some bubbling that they could remove or some scratches that they couldn't remove. Multiple Best Buy reps tried and they couldn't do it. I was given an immediate refund of course, but I decided it wasn't worth that much money if they couldn't even fasten it properly.

I like the way it feels for the screen, but it collects fingerprints and swipe marks easily. Also, the edges of the protector don't stay down and collect dust and dirt. Great surface texture to where it feels like you are touching the phone's screen and not a protector, but it has it's issues and I am looking for what I'm replacing it with now.

I had Geek Squad install the screen protector and after 3 attempts they were not able to get it installed completely. There were areas around the edge of the protector that just wouldn't attach to the screen, leaving a bubble area that lifted easily. Seems like some re-design is in order. I returned the screen protector for a refund.

Protector did not fit flat across screen, one end had a gap between protector and screen.

It doesn't seal around the bottom edges. I'm going to return it

disappointed shield doesn't seem to fit very well and it is already come off to time on the edges and I had to have it installed. I'm probably going to bring it back to the store just isn't what I expected as a product from Zagg.

Once this is installed you honestly don't know its on the phone, Smooth finish so it looks and feels just like the actual glass screen itself.

This does not fully come to the edge of the phone. The edges are not sticking. I've purchased many zag shields, this is the first that is not sticking to the phone.

The associate at Best Buy installed it and noticed it did not fit properly at the bottom of the phone. He took it off and gave me a credit.

The glass wouldn't stick to the phone without bubbles under it. Would never recommend.

The glass cracked when trying to apply the screen the HDX is better.

Well this is my first Zagg screen protector and the Best Buy tech installed it. To my knowledge he only threw away one. I have not had the lifting issue described by others. The tech centered it perfectly so I guess I have what is referred to as the halo effect - it doesn't extend to the bezel of the phone. I'm okay with that and that's why I gave it 4 stars. I've had my phone since 5/18 and unfortunately I've dropped it a few times but everything is still intact. I also have a problem with the fingerprints but it's easy to clean the screen so I'm okay with that too. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

I love the view and feel of the HD Glass. Your thumbs don't get stuck to it when trying to swipe across the screen like other thinner sheets of plastic screen protectors that are a cheeper option. it's because this is literally a piece of glass on top of your phone screen. It doesn't distort the view in the sun or dark rooms either. It's almost as if it's not even there. Whoever thought of making this product is a genius and they definitely deserve credit. There are a few flaws with the design however. Thus I gave it a lower rating rather than a full five stars like I would of liked to do. The edges of the screen protector don't like to seal to the phone like they should. Leaving behind a bubble effect and allowing dust and dirt to get between the two screens. To make sure it wasn't just the specific screen protector, Best Buy sales consultants diligently tried a new HD glass cover over and over until they had gone through about 10 of them and I told them I would have to settle with bubbled edges. Hopefully ZAGG will figure out the design flaw soon because I really do like this product

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy s6 phone just 5 days ago. In addition to purchasing my phone I purchased the Zagg hd glass (case friendly) that a lovely Best Buy employee recommended. I am waiting for my protector case from otter box to come in however the phone is a little on the slippery side and the phone ended up falling from 2 feet high. The hd glass protector cracked in two places the first time I dropped my phone. Yes my screen on my galaxy s6 is protected but I thought that the glass protector would withstand a little more roughness than this. I love that there is a lifetime warranty however not really happy that I need to pay $3.99 for a new glass to ship out and then pay another $3.99 to ship the old protector glass back and it has only been 5 days. I have had other screen protectors that have stood up to more roughness than this little fall.

5 stars to the Best Buy Geek Squad guy who tried seven different boxes to get one that at least didn't have a line through it or excessive bubbles. 1 star to the product. The edges of the S6 screen are slightly curved (no it's not an S6 Edge.) I tried the Verizon version and it had the same halo effect of the edges lifting up and didn't cover the entire screen. Waste of money. The Zagg at least covers more. But, it still has the halo effect. I'll give it some time, but I'll likely take it back to see if they can try one or more until we get it right. How have so many people gotten this Zagg model and not has the edges issue?

Went into best buy and purchased this screen protector. I had the best buy mobile tech install it, it literally took him 8 tries and he still couldn't get it right, he then told me that I would have to get the hdx screen protector, after I agreed it took him another 4 tries to install that one and there is still a ton of dirt under my screen, kinda upset that you pay almost 40 bucks for a screen protector and there's still issues with it.
