I thought the glass screen protector was supposed to be tougher than the original screen. Maybe it isn't supposed to be put on a phone that one puts in his back pocket. Anyway - it cracked shortly after putting it on the phone and will soon have to be removed - I hope not a difficult process.

It started out great but once my son dropped his phone the screen saver cracked.

I had one on my last Samsung, but after a few years, had issues with my phone - not the glass. So, I got a new phone through my insurance, but had to buy a new glass. Hoping to get at least 3 years out of it - as I'm not sure if they still make them for my Galaxy 6 anymore.

I always use Zagg protectors for all my phones over the yrs. this is the first time using the glass. I love it. The glass protector will break before the glass on my galaxy s6 will. plus it is warrantied for life, just pay shipping for a new one. Just make sure you send the old one back.

Isn't very accurate and battery dies fast. Isn't easy to program.

This has saved my phone many times from shattering. I don't own a life proof case just a basic rubber case and when I have dropped my phone this "glass" shield will crack but my actual phone screen will not. $50 spent is better than the hassle of and cost of a new phone.

I've had the screen almost 2 months and it works great. no peeling, a slight scratch here or there but not noticeable. my only issue is when im outside glare is there and even when brightness is set to high I have trouble seeing the screen. but other than that I love it.

Must have items for any cell phone. Provides scratch protection to the screen without feeling like its there blocking anything. Well worth the investment. Best part. if it does break ZAGG will replace it for free for life ! Cant Lose !

When we bought this phone the guys at Best Buy recommended it and put it on for us. The 15 year old who uses the phone managed to crack the covering but it saved the phone screen so I am putting another one on. It lasted almost 2 years.

I dropped a lid on my phone and it cracked the glass protection screen. I went to Best Buy for a new one after I submitted the paperwork to ZAGG. Best buy installed a new screen and I am a happy camper.

Ordered a new protective glass cover for my phone and had it delivered to the store so I could get someone to install it for me. Awesome job by the phone tech and it works great!

This was the first time we've ever had a sales associate not be helpful. I ended up finding the product myself. If my family wouldn't have been with me . I wouldve asked for a manager.

The actual phone's screen is a lot more durable than the thin glass screen cover. This was for *him* (S6) who insists he needs it. After cracking 2 of mine, I've been using my Note 5 more than a year with NO screen cover and NO problem. I decided I'd rather enjoy my phone vs having a pristine screen when I toss a replaced phone in the back of a drawer thinking *someday* I might need it. Actually, an old phone came in handy as a $100 gift card on the spot Best Buy trade in. Used it same ay to get my NEW phone. Wasn't using old one anyway.

i left the store with my new phone, screen protector in place. got to my car and it was already shattered at the home button. it has a life time warranty but it is an hour to get back to the store

i like this product. the insignia brand was cheaper and included a template guide for install. they were out of the insignia ones, though

The Zagg HD screen protector did not stick to the edges of my Galaxy S6, creating a halo effect. I took it back and the same thing happened.

I paid $8 for them to install this but it still didn't seal properly. Plus it cracked very easily within one month. Not worth the price!
