    I have always loved my zagg glass shields. They have saved my phone from breaking many times. However this one has some defect issues with this certain model of phone. I have been back to the store twice and they have applied new ones for me, but it constantly has air bubbles around the sides. This needs to be fixed.

    This screen protector was recommended by the Best Buy sales associate and he did the install but after 2 weeks I could barely swipe and texting was extremely frustrating because I would have to bang each letter 3 times before it would select it. Once I removed the protector and had them do a reset, it went back to normal.

    When I applied the new cover, I followed the directions and cleaned my screen thoroughly. However, the protector got a couple pieces of dust on it and I had to reapply 3 times. By the third time, it got a couple of scratches on the back side from removing the dirt and I can now see on my screen.
