For the price they at least should include a spare. Was very upset because as much as I hated the fact that best buy charges to apply it I was willing to pay the $12 because of spending a small fortune originally for it. However, they were going to make me wait almost 6 hours for an appt and the store was not even busy. What a waste - I will never buy anything like this again.

I ended up having to buy two because I ruined the first one trying to get all the bubbles out. Next time I'll have someone at the store put it on.
