    There are not enough words to say how bad this product was. Very hard to install. We watched Youtube videos and followed the directions exactly. The product did not fit the iPad Air even though it clearly said for iPad Air I & II. It was too big for the screen. It ripped when we tried to pull off the perimeter plastic. I had to return the item

    Ii purchased the ZAGG Invisible Shield at the sales rep's recommendation, but did not accept his offer that, for an extra $15, Best Buy would apply the cover to my iPad. I found it impossible to apply without bubbles, mainly because the so-called gel pac contained only a damp wipe. The cover essentially adhered to the screen surface on first exposure, leaving many air bubbles that could not be removed. Application should not require a surcharge approaching 50% of the product.
