Installing this shield was an absolute nightmare. Getting it alingned on the screen was nearly impossible. After getting it lined up and "very" carefully massaging it into place, there were more bubbles than screen. As per the directions I used ample application fluid so the longer this took, the more concerned I was about all this liquid on my iPad. The more I used the squegee the worse it got. I did not want to press for fear of damaging the screen. Upon returning it to the local store I was told by the clerk (who had to get her manager) that they don't typically take these back. Then she looked at the manager and said "they installed it themselves?" Apparently you can have a Geek Squad rep install it. At no time was this ever conveyed to me and I "did" do store pickup on this item. I have installed several screen protectors and I have never seen anything like this.

I have had the previous version of this product and it worked awesomely for years. This product is working excellently!

I had the Best Buy Staff install this shield. They were very careful and made sure all the fine bubbles were removed and not dust was place under the shield. Great Service!

I got an iPad air as a gift for the holidays so I was in the market for a screen protector. I went to best buy and reviewed different options and after speaking to one of the best buy blue shirt he recommened the Zagg Hi-Def. I was a little hesitant at the $35 price tag but in comparison to other brands it was on par. He explained that it could be a little difficult to install if you've never done it before and that Best Buy offered a service to install it for me. I passed on the service as I have installed similar screens on iPhones before. Follow the instructions and installation is a breeze be sure to use plenty of solution on your fingers and the product to avoid having fingerprints after the install is done. As I said the only complaint I have is I wish they included more solution to re apply the protector incase you mess up after the first try. I contacted Zagg and they have more solution availble on their website for purchase but they also informed me that is covered by a lifetime warranty and they would send me a whole new kit. I was able to reapply the screen a second time using a home made solutions of water and dishsoap. I returned my ipad and bought a bigger version and when I tried to put the new screen on i dropped it and got hair on it which was impossible to get off. So I ordered a replacement and got it in a few days. Sent the old one back and paid $4 in shipping. The company customer service is fantasic, but they are also standing behind a fantastic product. Best screen protection there is...I will be buying the same brand for all furture proucts.

This is a great Screen Protector. However, I would recommend that you request the Geek Squad team to install it for you. That means you will have to add an extra $15 bucks to your purchase.

This is a very good product. It takes some time to install. After which it is pretty much maintained.

This was the scratch-proof, smudge-resistant screen protector but it still smudges very easily. Hands/fingers have natural oils that cannot be washed off, so the claim of smudge-resistant is an impossibility. Overall, I still think this is worth the money to keep the Ipad screen from getting scratched.

This is a must have if you dont want to your screen to get messed up

It is hard for any iPad owner to want anything less than the best screen protector for their beloved iPad. On the other hand, I never though I would pay as much as I did for a clear piece of film. It is a military grade film and was originally designed to protect helicopter blades. It never scratched and maintained its clarity throughout two years on an iPad3. I recently purchased the iPad air and they applied this film in the store. It looks great and I look forward to never having to replace the film on the iPad.

This item is necessary to protect and to take care the IPAD for prolong use and for future upgrade.

The only tough part is having to baby it for an hour while the screen dries so it doesn't get banged up!

When I replaced my first ipad with the ipad air I wanted to also replace the Zagg invisible shield. I had this on my old ipad for three years and was pleased with the product so I repurchased for the new ipad.

Bought this screen protector for my new iPad Air. Had Geek Squad install it to minimize bubbles, etc. Protector offers good protection. Cost of installation is a bit pricey. May be better to try it yourself.

It was very easy to put on ..it protects the screen and also you can't even tell that it's on the screen it looks just like glass

Easy to put on. Well for me not my husband. Haven't had any issues and my 7 month old likes to crawl all over it.

I Love it. The application. Was super easy and if you mess up you can simply redo. Smooth finish

Its a good product but was difficult to install and the directions could have been more precise.

I always use Zagg when I get a new device. It has a good warranty and adds great protection.

I shopped around with other stores and this was the best price. Great product and great service
