They went to install the zagg glass one and out of the box it was cracked. So they install another brand and it was great. Get the glass one.

Zag protector best for ipad

Ok product

My only real complaint is that it shows smudges or fingerprints really bad whereas the one I had on my older iPad didn't show nearly as much but this was all Best Buy had. It's a small issue and if it protects the screen then I can deal with it.

One concern we has was that the keypad is exposed when folded backwards, but it is so well made it isn't messing up, or causing a problem by laying it down on the keypad when just using the iPad

Does what it is supposed to do

They said they may have gotten a defective batch. Now that it is on properly, I like it. I also have for my iphone. I like that they guarantee it for life.

Average shield for my IPAD

The film is too sticky, have to be very careful to align to your screen. And lots of bubble once it's installed. End up getting a glass shield, which is a lot better.

Zagg skins are the only way to go

Installation is still the issue for this type item. If you are experienced with installing them, this one is no different. If you have no experience you may be better off having someone that does have experience install it for you.
