Save your Money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This screen protector causes more trouble than what it's worth. We installed it as instructed and it's hard to see the computer screen clearly because it's so cheaply made. It was a waste of money.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Geek Squad installed the product with many air bubbles in the screen. I was told they would "breathe out". NOT HAPPENING

A bit too expensive
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can get the same value for way less. The life time warranty is pretty much a rue as well. I screwed up the install and ended up creasing the film. Yes, I did watch the video...several times. The warranty process includes the ole "shipping and handling" charge which is about what you'd pay for a similar product out right. Only thing that I got from the product registration was emails selling me other stuff.

Bye Bye scratchies
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont understand how people find this product difficult to apply. Its simple, wipe the screen clean, spray solution, align protector, squidgy excess solution. It does take a few days for the bubbles to disappear, and I found that pressing them out helps. I have several Zagg products, and they are all great. Love the "self healing feature." The protective screen does scratch, but its better than the actual screen. As mentioned in previous reviews, the steam method works wonders.

Patients is key
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everyone who has given this product a negative review DID NOT INSTALL IT PROPERLY. It is a wet installation like all Invisible Shields. Normally, the 'micro bubbles' go away after time. With the the Surface pro 3, you must take the squeegee and get out every single bubble. If you do not, the Surface will interpret every bubble as a touch, thus causing the screen to go crazy with touches, swipes, and etc. It took me around 2 hours to install and and get all the bubbles out. I allowed it to dry another hour. If you are in a hurry, do not attempt this installation. I have had it on for almost a month now, and it works great. The only complaint I have is that there is a bit of drag and a bit of 'tackiness' to the feel of screen when using the pen. It takes a bit of getting used to but, it you get used to it after a little while.

Save your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This piece of junk in impossible to get on a 12 inch tablet without bubbles. I followed the instructions to the LETTER and it looks terrible. I went out and bought another one after the first failed and it looks worse. That's 40 bucks thrown away. I am going to try the 8 dollar screen protectors from Ama***. At least I get more chances to get one on without it being useless.

Great product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. On as soon as I opened the box. Worked out the air bubbles as much as possible and let sit to dry for several hours. I've used zagg before so I'm aware that it will take several extra days for micro bubbles to phase out. Don't give a great product a bad review because you messed up. Research and read the directions and save yourself the humiliation and a headache.

had i read the reviews i may not have bought this
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well to start off I had best buy install this because I knew if I put this on it would be all full of bubbles. Anyways they installed it and said the bubbles would go away in 24-48 hrs which they did but they used so much spray on the screen it acted as if my surface had water damage and would n it scroll right. After 3 days it stopped jumping around and worked right but then I bought the surface pro 3 folilo case and the shield is to big all 4 corners are bubbled up cause the case is so form fitting it keeps peeling up the shield. Then I had my surface on the charger I came home and the screen was cracked. So some how with no one home and in the case with the screen protecter the surface pro that I've only had a month and a week cracked by the camera. And the life time warenty you have to call the company and they send you a new one but you have to send the old one back and register the product so keep the box!!!!!

Zagg Surface pro 3 scr. protector takes away touch
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For a brand name screen protector, it is not good quality because it took away the touch sensitivity of the screen. It is sticky and not glass like as advertised. The stickiness wears out your stylus. This is no better than a 9 dollars package from Amazon. I returned it to Bestbuy

Defective product. Infuriating customer service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This screen protector is terrible. It is too large and hangs off of the sides of the tablet. It forms permanent marks from the pen, creating an orange peel texture. It also forms black marks from the plastic pen tip. Finally, it had a defect in the plastic that created a rainbow effect along a long, hairlike strand. (It was definitely NOT a hair. I took the protector off to check). But, after all of that, I wasn't upset. However, I was, and am, upset with the policy of Best Buy and the treatment I received when attempting to exchange this defective product. I was told by the customer service woman that the screen was considered consumable (did I eat it? I don't remember that part), and I'd have to go through the warranty process with Zagg. This policy was not mentioned to me when I purchased the product, and it's absurd that defects in a product that can't be seen until after the product is installed is not exchangeable. On top of it all, I still needed a functional screen protector, so I bought a different one from Best Buy before I left the store. Now I have two. Great. Even though this was, in the grand scheme of things, a relatively minor purchase, it has made me question whether I continue to spend many thousands of dollars every year at Best Buy. I hope it was was worth it, Best Buy.

Horrible product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this product for my Surface Pro 3, and I couldn't even get it installed. I followed the instructions exactly. The instructions were complicated and very very small. It was backwards when it was removed (per instructions) from the cover sheet. By the time I got it fixed, it was wrinkled and warped. When I got it installed, it was too small for the screen by about 1/8" and had severe water marks from the spray solution and bubbles that could not be removed, even with the squeegee provided.

Warning: Do not purchase.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I peeled it off 5 minutes after I put it on my Surface Pro 3 and tossed it straight into the garbage can. The screen protector feels horrible and greatly damages your touch and stylus responsiveness. In short, it messes everything up. If you are ever looking for a screen protector for this sort of tablet, go for the tempered glass protectors. Might be more pricey but at least they work.

Disappointing Accessory
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like the first reviewer said, this screen protector has a 'sticky' feel to it. After I put this on exactly as the instructions called for, my Surface Pro 3 went insane. The screen flashed back and forth between the start screen and desktop mode, side bar, etc....it wouldn't stop. I removed the Zagg, issue went away. Tried one more time to put it on and let it be for a bit. The screen still acts odd with apps closing and other odd actions. Also, there is a bad streaking action after you put this on which takes some time to go away. I should have returned this, but threw away the box too soon.

You have to cut/trim for Surface 3
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was impossible to get this onto my Surface 3. It is oversized so you have to trim and cut before you even attempt to put this wet application thing onto your unit. Very poor product and way too much work and mess to install. Hate the product I'm taking it back. I wouldn't give it any stars but had to pick 1.
