Posted .Samsung has developed their devices with gorilla glass. This may interfere with screen sensitivity while using many screen protectors. We suggest adjusting your sensitivity in your device settings. To adjust your sensitivity, go to your "Setting" and then "Display". After that, go to "Navigation Bar" then look at "Hard Press Home Button". You can change the Pressure Level here, try level 5 with glass shields. We hope this helps.

Worst screen protector

The activator pad leaves debris on the screen protector that is hard to see and remove. I ended up ordering a much better protector from a competitor for less than half the cost. Don't waste your money.

Just over a month later I discovered there was a crack in the screen cover running the entire length of the screen. I can guarantee that nothing ever bumped my phone and I have never dropped it so, I have now idea how this crack occurred. I foolishly paid to have the cover installed in the store and I actually stopped back by when I discovered the crack but the associate told me there was nothing they could do in the store (even though they installed the cover) and instructed me to complete a warranty exchange through the Zagg website. After checking the site for Zagg, I discovered that they want me to pay the shipping (miminimum $10) in order for them to send me a replacement cover! I already dropped $50 for the cover, plus the fee for the rep to put the cover on my phone and now I am supposed to spend more?
