If you have a stubborn air bubble, you can gently lift the edge of the InvisibleShield closest to the bubble and use the cloth to re-apply that area of the screen protector. Stubborn bubbles may require more than one attempt to remove. Again, lift up the edge closest to the bubble. Also had a weird bubble in both that moved as you touch the screen and hindered seeing the full screen. Don't waste your money. Best Buy staff put the screens on perfectly so I know this was not due to the install. It's because there is only a tiny strip around the edgeof the screen that actually sticks to the phone.

The "activator" packet was mostly dried out and would not properly wet the adhesive side of the film. The film would not properly adhere to the screen and in fact when squeegeeing down part of the film, the other part would immediately start peeling up. Forget about getting the edges down! Don't waste your money!
