Ever since the curved screens became a thing, I understand it has become a problem to try and get a screen protector that adheres to the edges perfectly and won't allow dust. But having to replace the product more than 8 times over the course of a year is awful. They have to provide access to free replacements because they would go out of business because no-one would take the chance on this product. Not pleased..

It works as it should. No problems after 4 weeks. The first screen was badly installed by Best Buy--they removed it and installed another. Such installation should be free, but I had to pay.

Zagg shields do a great job protecting your screen. If it cracks or breaks they replace it for free. All you pay for is shipping.

Sure protects your phone screen. Saves it from scratches and accidents. A must have for every phone like this. Wouldn't be with out it.

It's a clear plastic material that looks like glass. Doesn't affect the touch screen. It does a good job protecting the phone screen. Installation is a little difficult.

It's decent, but after two or so weeks a corner or the protector no longer sticks to the screen. I'm not sure how long it'll stay on, but I'm keeping it for now. I have no problem using the phone with the screen protector on it. A Best Buy employee put the screen protector on my phone for me, so I can't say anything about that experience. I wouldn't buy this protector again and I'm not inclined to buy a different protector from the ZAGG brand.

I already dropped my new phone and no damage! This screen protector is so clear it's not even noticeable, and has a good feel on my fingers too

Great screen protector! Can't even tell it's there! Also recommend having them install it...worth the extra $ to reduce the stress of user error.

Has protected my phone screen pretty well so far. But corners of the protector keeps coming up, they won't stay down at all after a month. If that's going to bother you, don't buy this!!!

I always purchase a zagg screen protector for all of my phones. It does a good job protecting my phone from scratches and cleans easily

Dropped my phone, which was in a case, onto the sandy ground. The sheild popped off and cracked. The phone glass was fine. They hindered there warranty and are sending me a replacement.

Protects your phone from all scratches and is easy to install. Definitely worth the cost to avoid ruining your phone.

Needed an new screen protector and just happened to be near Best Buy. Found what I needed and had them apply it to my phone. They did a perfectly flawless job on the application and I have had no trouble with it since then. Because of the curved edges of the Galaxy screen protectors have a tendency to lift up on the edges. I do not have a case on my phone so it gets shoved in and out of my purse all day. Edges and still like the day it was applied and this is a month after!

We purchased two of these for the phones we purchased. The first one was not good, the cover stuck onto the pull off piece. The second went on perfect. Will need to warranty the first.

Clear. No streaks. The best buy mobile rep installed it so there are no air bubbles. Fits well with the phone case. Can't even tell its on.

Since the recalled the Zagg glass cases because of issues with the fit on the S9 I had to get this to cover my phone. There are no issues with touch or sensitivity, but This thing is REALLY difficult to put on. Its almost impossible to avoid getting some sort of particles under it, and you can't take it off and reapply like the glass protectors. But if you have no other choice its not a bad way t go to protect your screen.

The screen on the galaxy sucks to be able to effectively protect it. That being said, this has done a decent job so far. I would recommend over other types of screen protectors

Doesn't yellow and easy to wipe way smudges and protects against scratches. I have it on all of my devices i.e. My iPad, I touch and phone.

I usually use the tempered glass shield, but it could not be installed on the Galaxy S9. (broke 3 before giving up) The HD shield installed easily and is protecting my phone.
