Easy to install- just follow the directions exactly. I had to work for 30 seconds or so to get 1 stubborn bubble out. Perfect fit.

Wanted a screen protector as soon as I bought my phone, so I got this. When I was getting ready to install it, the protector came off on the wrong side although I followed the instructions. I had to take the other side of the film off and struggled to place it on screen, but it's got bubbles now. But it seems like it's doing its job...

I traded in a glass screen cover for this one. It doesn't look as nice but it's worth it for utilization! The phone screen is now usable.

I purchased the screen protector to originally put on myself, however the Samsung tech said that he would put it on for me and I am so glad he did. It was a lot more complex than I thought. Good job Patrick!

I asked to have it put on my phone at the store and another sales guy took over instead of the one helping me. He didn't do a good job putting it on. There are dimples and marks on the protector. I'm not going to pay for another one, just going to have to suck it up. I originally bought the glass protector, but they're becoming more and more expensive it's ridiculous.

I'm very pleased with the product. Doesn't look like there's a screen protector on my phone. Have a Best Buy employee put it on they do a great job!

I always use Zagg shields, and install myself...but this one had so many bubbles. The instructions were accurate, they disappeared the next day.

This is a great product but if you attempt to install yourself you may have trouble. This was purchased for my teenage son, and he attempted to install it himself. He followed directions to the letter but ended up with air bubbles trapped. Best Buy allowed him to return it for another, but this time he paid the $8 professional installation fee and it's nearly perfect, even with the curved edges. The technician applied a special adhesive gel to get a better adhesion without bubbles.

Good screen protector, best buy associate put it on for me. Hasn't bubbled or peeled at sides, used it for a Galaxy S9, worked great with my case too.

We tried the glass one and it just didn't work. It reduced the sensitivity too much, was too thick from the edge, and didn't really stick well past the curves.

Covers well. Had BB install it. no bubbles. Would be nice if it was a bit cheaper, but I cant complain about it at all.

The screen protector gives great protection for the phone, but took a good while somewhat 10 min to put because you have to clean it very well.

Not much to say on this product. Honestly wanted the glass screen protector but they ran out of the product was on recall. Hopefully it does its job .

Due to the curved screen on the Galaxy S9, application of this Zach flexible screen saver was a little tough. Zach does have a great guarantee, though.

Originally bought the glass screen protector hated it this works quite well only negative is where the notch is peeled up a little and looks bad

At a minimum, it does protect my screen. However, it tends to curl up on the edge, which could just be something that happens with curved screens. I don't love how it feels because I definitely notice it not being hard like the tempered glass screen protectors I'd gotten used to on other phones, but that's fairly minor and doesn't bother me constantly.
