I've always had these type of screen protectors on my devices. This one was particularly difficult to put on. I've put all the others on myself so I didn't think I'd have a problem. It also doesn't entirely cover the screen like I'd hoped.

I have always used the HD film for my phones except for one time. I purchased a glass one for my S7 and it shattered within 3 weeks. I am not hard on my phones, they go from pocket to tabletop to purse. That's it. I never drop them, so I was shocked by the glass shattering. I went straight back to my trusty ZAGG film screen protector and will only use those.

The Zagg is easy to install on a new phone. It is cut appropriately and fits the device with no modifications required. It is effective in preventing scratches and minor damage.

I wanted something that was slim but still protected against scratches. This is a good case just for that. The Cons: -started peeling in the corners after I first put my case on -if you dig your finger nail or anything sharp into the screen protector it will leave an indent, nothing too noticeable, just kind of annoying The Pros: -protects against scratches -lifetime warranty -good price All in all its an ok product, it does its job, and the lifetime warranty makes up for any quality defects.

Used to have these for other Samsung phones - including the S6 Edge. Sides tend to show wear quickly and edges make it difficult to swipe the notifications window down. It is good for scratch resistance though.

Due to the curved edges of the Samsung Galaxy S8, the edges of the screen protector do not stick ... even after trying to install it twice! However, I am keeping on the screen protector to avoid scratches.
