It does come with a warrenty and I was able to order a replacement screen protector but it only stayed on for about a week.

On the cover it says "glass appearance" or something about "like glass" which gives you the idea that it will feel like glass, but on the contrary, it looks really bad and nothing to do with glass appearance. Besides, Best Buy Customer Service was really bad on this matter.
