My feeling is they should replace it so my phone remains protected with its decided to send them a replacement. Garbage

Didn't work

Don't waste your money

I have bought two and the last one I got I didn't do such a great of a job of placing it on my phone, but that's my bad not the screen protectors. I always recommend this screen protector. It feels different than others I've used which scared me first, but once it's on it's great.

Instructions are garbage
