Wish replacement was a little more seamless. Very irritating that we buy this product in your store and then have to pay you $15 to get it put on. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous. I think it should be put on as a customer courtesy. If you’re willing to wait in line at the service counter to get it put on you should be glad to have a business.
