I replaced this protector 3 times in less than a month. First week it was coming off. Second week, bubbles were visible on screen. 3 seems to be ok. Might be the bestbuy employees applying the screen but then again this item tends to come off due to the edges not sticking properly. The only reason I got it over and over is because it has a life time warranty... I would not recommend.

I bought the service plan with this screen saver and noticed right away that I would need to use it. The representative that put my screen saver on was not very good or maybe it's the product. Within a few days I noticed that part of the screen saver was lifting up. My screen has not cracked but I don't appreciate the lifting given the expense.

I really like this period it's great to have the Best Buy Team install this. I have had mine replaced 3 or 4 times when my keys have scratched it. So easy I just bring my phone back I and and get a brand new one.

The screen saver is very nice. The technician who put it on did a perfect job. The only thing I don't like about it is that my phone has rounded edges. Now whenever I tap on anything near the edges, it often takes several attempts before I get what I want. Also with face recognition, it is now a bit more difficult to swipe up and be successful on the first try.

Was expecting more based on the price but I guess its serving its purpose.

This screen protector is wonderful, you almost can't tell it's there. I was skeptical to begin with but the best buy associate installed it for me quickly. No delamination at all, even when I put the case on.

I attempted to install this shield myself at home, and it failed after a few days. I took it into the store, explained what happened and payed the store to install it. So far no issues since, and bestbuy does warranty the work, so peace of mind.

One of the best screen protectors I have put on my phone. I had a little bit of trouble with some air bubbles but, I was able to work them out with the little squeegee tool that comes in the package

When you try to us you fingerprint with this glass screen protector it will not except it. I even removed it and tried installing it again at the store with a salesperson and it didn't work.

Not ideal if you like using the fingerprint sensor, since its thicker than a regular screen protector. The heat from your hands does not reach all the way through to the sensor. Also since it does not cover the entire screen properly, you will be seeing the black frame outline.

the invisible shield glass screen is good and looks good on my phone but it still will scratch and had to replace it a few times

Although it took the geek squad two tries to install (at no extra charge) it still has a couple bubbles. Being that it has a lifetime warranty I am not concerned at all. The bubbles are not in the way and if the do swell i will have replaced again...free.

Protection is good but cover easily comes up on edge of screen.

Does a decent job protecting the screen. Doesn't crack like tempered glass but it does leave indentations if it hits something. But I hate the black edges and that it doesn't go all the way to the edge of the screen to where you have sharp edges. But right now there's no better options.

I will say Best Buy is the go to store. They install screen protector and warranty it. They re-install it for free. This screen protector is really good. Screen is really receptive and responsive.

Almost $60, it ain't worth it. The protector does not stick very well from get go and I have to press very hard in order to get my fingerprints read..the sides keep getting bubbles, and if you have OCD like me, it will drive you nuts. And I dislike the circle around the camera, it's very annoying since the screen on this phone extends to that part.
