Since best buy installed this screen protector I've had trouble with my finger print working and other places on the screen don't respond well to the touch anymore either. Also the screen protector was damaged by the person at bestbuy while installing it and I'm now having trouble getting a replacement from bestbuy, we paid for them to install it.

It constantly bubbles on the sides, where the round edge are

Might be a good product but it has bubbled twice now. Could be the people applying it.

Overpriced, hard to clean, and makes your phone look old

Whoever thought of putting a black edge around this screen protector needs to be fired and never work for product design ever again. Even when this thing is perfectly lined up it doesn't cover the screen edge to edge, so if you look at your phone from the edges you can still see more screen underneath the black border. Furthermore, the edges on both sides of this thing peeled off, which is weird because I have a case that would stop anything from peeling the screen protector up by its sides. After a day of use both edges were completely unstuck and you could see a long uninterrupted gap down both edges of the screen. This could possibly be remedied by heat treating either side to mold to the screen, but for $40 no one should ever have to go that far. I expect performance like this from a $10 screen protector. Not something that costs almost half the amount of literally buying and installing a new screen. What an awful product.

Doesn't stay down on the edges. Hard to get things to work through the screen saver.

First one broke when tech was putting on second one doesn’t fit with phone case

Nice template to install the screen protector, makes it easy to center and get it installed without issue. Did have an issue with air bubbles that may have been not reading the instructions thoroughly before diving in.

I said I wanted the best screen cover for my new phone and this is what they gave me. I have no doubt that this will protect my screen, however it's SUCH A PAIN because it seems to be too thick and doesn't register when I touch the screen of my phone (maybe 2-3 out of ten times). To be honest, I wish I didn't purchase this product.

Love this product. Especially buying it from Best Buy. Bought this product 2 years ago from Best Buy and it got messed up. Got it replaced without paying anything extra.

I've replaced it 3 times, and every time, the glass won't stick on the curve edges.

The product needs to be a little longer. Otherwise it's a good protection screen.

Don't care for this screen protector at all. It was all the store had in-stock for my new Samsung phone (a Note 10+). It leaves dead spots near the curved edges of the glass, more on the right side than the left. Very disappointed!

I use to have a glass screen protector and it would get finger prints all over it which drove me nuts. This screen protector still get smudges but not even close to what my last screen protector had this is very acceptable.

i just wished it was all glass and it covered the edges more but i liked it

Good if you enjoy using the S pen instead of your fingers for everything.

I preferred the NON GLASS version by the same company, saves you about 10 bucks and it's a lot nicer once it's on. The glass makes it harder for the phone to detect your typing and I tried this one two different times and it just wouldn't work for me personally. I know others who only like the glass.

The Best Buy agent installed my protector and the sides had some air in it. She advised it should lay flat with in a day or two. The bubbles across would spread flat for a few minutes and come back up now on both sides it has lifting. I will be taking this one off and getting a new one in a few days.
