Had this screen protector mounted by the mobile phone dept. a week ago, and like the 1-RST one it is starting to come off top right corner like first one as well. may not have enough adhesive in top right corner is any one elses will adjust when I get one that stays attached till removed

One edge didn't stick to the phone screen like it was just a little too big.

It was ok at first. A couple minor bubbles left after I had them install it. Over a couple days, those bubbles got bigger. A couple more days the edges started coming off, and then it finally came off completely. I will be returning it first thing Monday.

Not the best that zagg makes the quality just isn't there with this product.

Difficult to make the touch screen work. Not what I expected for the price.

Not a bad cover but don't let best buy install if you want it on correctly.

It has scratched and cracked by the first week. I think it has a crack life time policy. But I have not had the chance to go into Best Buy to have it replaced. I think i stick to the soft plastic phone covers. My wife has one and no problems

I have only had it a short time. Seems to work ok. I have noticed the screen sensitivity is not as good. Fingerprint sensor still works though. Dropped phone several times with it on and haven't broken glass yet.

I haven't dropped my phone but its smooth kinda hard to put on tho

Normally, a tempered glass screen protector would be a welcome thing, but not in this case. The edges on the screen protector make it a pain to have the S view case on and not only that, but the adjustment made to the top portion glass to account for the camera is difficult to ignore.

Not great. Had best buy install it and the screen has not worked properly since. There are two large creases in it. It looks bad and the black border looks terrible. I will never buy this brand again, nor would I trust best buy to install anything again. Complete garbage.

Protects screen but makes touch screen harder to use

In the past, I have great results with the Zagg screen protectors. This one for the note 10+ is not good. The protector does not clip to the sides well. Not counting the initial installation, I have been back to best buy 3 other times to get it replace. This time it seems to be holding. Abel and Andrew at the best buy at theLake Worth store were great!!! As for the black border around the screen??? Makes no sense.

If they don't install it correctly the glass cracks easily

Very disappointed, not for glass but for Geek sq behavior !! Those guys are very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all !! I purchased my note 10+ and glass protection on Sep 2019 with a warranty for repair the glass any time it damage, but when I asked them to change the screen protection glass, they asked me to pay for installation, I remained them regard the Best Buy policy I purchased before they should change the glass without charge but the geek staff ( Alex Cebas, Theodore Herzfeld) refused to do so even their manager Josh Tippett, was worse !!!! Finnally I talked with store manager and he respectfully helped me and asked them to changed it.

The screen protector was applied as it should have been, but it keeps peeling off of the actual screen. I've pushed down on it continuously, but it's a lost cause. I wouldn't recommend this screen protector, whatsoever.

I brought this one for my husband. He loves it! We didn’t realize the other types of screen protector don’t let you use your fingerprint. So he used his face recognition instead of his fingerprint.

Not the greatest screen protector ive had but not terrible

This was the absolute best screen protector to install. It came with a gadget to make sure it was placed exactly where it should go without it being cockeyed. Love love love. Totally worth the money
