They had a replacement out the next day! Thank you!

Not the Best

I also have experienced air bubbles under the protective screen that may be interfering. I had this professionally installed at Best Buy. I may be returning.

Save your money

Looked like it was going to be great. It started lifting off of the corner a week in and the touch sensitivity while it's on, especially while swipe texting, is so bad I don't look forward to using my phone.

I had the original on the phone but it got a scratch on it. Best Buy installed the protector. Looks good and works with fingerprint sensor.

Not that Great

And I have to press a lite harder in some places of the screen to get something to work. Sometimes it takes a few touches before something happens. Not too happy I spend 45 bucks on this.

Since then, I can't keep the sides sealed to the screen no matter how many times I press it back down. . Be mindful of your screen sensitivity settings. Even with it on, I struggle with my fingerprint recognition.

Also side edges tend left even if u take all the precaution in cleaning before application... had it for 2 week. Galaxy note 10+

And what makes this even better is you can bring it back for replacements through BBY instead of mailing it in.

Had a BestBuy technician install cause it can be a challenge to get the bubbles out (as with any glass). A little pricey, but... how much is your 1100$ worth to you?
