I'm not sure if its glass or plastic but it looks and feels like plastic. So I'm not sure what kind of Protection it will have. Maybe just from scratches. I applied it by directions and still have a million bubbles but they want to charge like $10 to put it on for you

Did not like it. It doesnt go well with the phone. Unless the person at bestbuy did a bad job putting it on my phone. I prefer the plastic that already came on the phone when i purchased it. $58 for the protector and for a bestbuy employee to put it on the phone.

Bought this for my husband and he hated it! He had to press down hard on his screen or tap over n over for it to sense his touch. I figured it was good quality since it cost about $50. He removed it after a week and his phone works perfectly fine now.

A week after I purchased this item, bubbles started forming and I don't think this product is useful at all. I've always had screen protection on all my phones, but almost never experienced problem like this..I guess I won't buy this item anymore

Case looked great at first.. but little by little around the curve edges the screen was coming off.. eventually after 3 days of having my phone In pocket the whole glass came off the screen. Ended up removing it.. wont be purchasing another one any time soon.

Absolute garbage, over priced shield. It lifted from my phone within a few days of having it on. I was so used to the glass one I had on my iPhone. I would absolutely recommend for everyone to stay away from this shield. Get the glass or regular plastic.

I take care of my phone and watch where I place it. The quality of this product is not what it used to be. It seems that the protector is always cracking. Maybe because it has a curved glass?? Zagg protectors seem to only work fine on a flat surface phone.

Its doesn't fit your phone the black border looks bad. I've had 3 put on by bestbuy employees and none of them are right the side will not stay down always has bubbles thou out the screen protector really bad design it also affects the touch sensitivity

I cannot recommend this product. I could never get all the bubbles out of the screen even though I followed all of the instructions. I would not recommend purchasing this from Best Buy or any other company.

This screen protector is horrible. It doesn't fit the curvature of the screen which causes it to peel up at the edges. It also makes it hard to use the touchscreen. Save your money. Lesson learned.

If i could give this product 0 stars I would. Fell screen first on my carpet from 2 ft off the ground and not only did the "protector" crack, my screen also cracked forcing me to spend $200 to get a replacement phone

Since buying this they had to replace one of them by putting it on because it wouldn't fit right after I left the store just touching it it cracked in the corner and has been non-stop bubbly I would not recommend this product.

Fell off after only a few weeks! I had the best buy to apply them when we purchased the phone. I have used Zagg on three different phones and love them. This last version is horrible. Don't recommend it.

I already had to replace the screen protector in about a month! The left side in both will not say on my phone. I never had such a bad experience with a screen protector as I do with this one. DO NOT BUY!

One of the workers put it on because the whole phone was a gift for my girl. A few days later there was bubbles under the glass? Not sure if it's a poor quality item or the employee messed up the application.

After proper installation the left and right sides were not able to seal due to improper sizing in the design. Both purchased of the same product posed the same problem. Product is not a good purchase.

Only had this for a little over a month its already starting to bubble And no I do not take off my case. You can also see little scratches here and there. Not worth the money at all

Had to return. Didn't work well with Samsung S20 ultra. Wouldn't pick up movement on the screen very well. Push was OK. But swiping wasn't good. Removed it and took it back.

This is crap! Complete waste of money! Not glass as described, and it made my screen not be able to work well. Had touch issues from day 1 of putting this piece of plastic junk on my phone!

The screen is not responsive when the screen protector is on. It is hit or miss when I press on the screen. Even with the note 10+ screen sensitivity option is enabled. Wish I could return it.
