Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this glass screen protector went back to the store to exchange it after the sides were not adhering properly & it was replaced with the wrong one, now I got to contact Zagg to get them to replace it & pay for shipping or some mess like that, not happy about that.

Disappointed in ZAGG
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ZAGG has been the go-to for screen protectors for awhile. This is the Hybrid-Glass version, which is pricey. Supposedly, the Hybrid version is stronger, more flexible, smudge resistant. What is doesn't have is proper fitment and good touch sensitivity. I really have to press hard on fingerprint sensors to get it to open. The edges are hard and did not wrap around the Note 10+. ZAGG could have done so much better. I still have to recommend this because of its lifetime warranty and it still offers protection over nothing. If I were to do it again, I'd just swing for the cheaper versions. The Hybrid is kinda gimmacky.

Buyer Beware - DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had my phone for 4 days. The screen protector has been replaced 3 times! Yes, 3 times. Problems include the protector will not allow the fingerprint sensors to accept prints and the constant bubbles on the sides. The protector will not adhere and the air bleeds back on the the screen little by little. You can also "crease" the protector as the Geek Squad installer did with the last one in trying to get out bubbles from the middle. So now I have indentations in the protector that are distracting. I see from the Zagg site, it is 'out of stock' is that corporate-ease for saying they know they have a lousy product and pulled it??? What options exist for protection? Must be something better than this. I too, have always counted on Zagg but not this time. A BIG FAILURE.
