Difficult to apply...instructions are not clear at all.

Zagg screen protector is a good quality product. However, with the phone that I have which is the Samsung s7 edge and its case (otterbox commuter) doesn't fit very well. It's creating a bubble on the side that causing it to pop off or come off. Other than that I like the product.

Purchased this for S7 edge. Due the curved shape/edges of this phone there is no hard glass screen guard available. The zagg screen protector is thin film. Applied with little effort. It is not so easy as someone posted to apply on phone. But if you take some caution and care apply it with out a bubble then finish product looks good. Typically it need to dry for 2- 3 days. It is now 3 days after i applied it still i can feel it is not seasoned enough for smooth operation of touch screen. overall a good product for such a edgy screen... only thin films will work. Not sure how it is gonna protect the original screen on hard impact as it is just thin film. It is only good for scratch protection. I have not used or contact cust. support so i am not familiar with their customer service experience.

I actually love this screen protector. I've purchased protectors from my carrier and Ebay; this one beats those easily. You MUST follow the directions - do not put a case on the phone for at least 24-48 hours. I would also recommend having a BB Technician apply the protector to your phone for a small fee. I had a Tech apply it, I waited the full 48 hours and I couldn't be happier! It also comes with a lifetime warranty so that's an added bonus. This screen protector has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it.

I'm not sure what the other reviewers were complaining about. This Zagg screen protector isn't bad at all. I still have it on my phone and there aren't any bubbles or other marks that would make me not like it. The application process is fool-proof. You make sure the screen is covered with the yellow guide and you apply it. You don't need to use your hands so it actually comes out a lot better than some of the other ones you can buy.

I have applied many ZAGG screens in the past (successfully) before as an employee. This has to be one of the worst screen applications I have ever dealt with. Go back to the spray to make it easier!

This is difficult to install and not at all case friendly. The edges are already lifting and I cannot get them tucked back under in my case.

Protects against scratches and might even help a little if the phone falls. Screen works fine and it doesn't look blury. It will make it stick to things if it gets warm. It will almost glue 2 phones together if you have them together in your pocket for a while.

I haven't found any reason to complain about this screen protector. I'd get another for another phone.

The only good news about this product is that you can register it to get replacements when it breaks and it will. I purchased this at Best Buy and they were amazing. I noticed right away that the touch sensitivity was not good I had to press the screen pretty good at times to get it to work and you could feel a flex like it just didn't suction or fit well. Within a week of my or base it cracked in the bottom area of where I hit the back button. I put in a request and didn't hear anything then when I called asking where my romance end was they said they are out of stock and don't know when they will get more. How can say have a new product and not have enough product. I called back a few days latter and complained that I paid good money for this produc and to not have a time frame of when my replacement will be sent to me. The person from zag was great and I asked about send gifts me the S7 edge hd while I wait for my replacement. She said they would do that. I just got the email that my hd is on its way but still no time fram for my original screen protector. I hope the hd one is great. This is my first time the Zagg screen has not been good a little disappointed.

I purchased this screen protector despite some negative reviews and I am very happy with my decision. Take your time with installation and it will work great. If you do not follow the directions you may not have the same results.

Covers my screen, but edges tend to come loose allowing stuff to get attached! Will be happy when they find one that actually covers the screen and it's entirety and stays put

One of very few options for a screen protector for my S7 Edge period has a strange gummy feel to it which I believe is the self repairing aspect of it.

Very easy to use and covers the screen and give full protections from scratches and cracks!!

This screen protector bubbles around the edges, and I know it's not my fault because the employee at the store installed it, but otherwise it's ok

My husband and I got this screen protector thinking it would be a solid product. NOPE. Despite cleaning the screen well, little pieces of lint still someone how got stuck underneath the screen. On top of that the edges started to develop wrinkles. Best Buy wont return the screen protector and now we're stuck with this awful product. I should have read the reviews before purchasing this product. Totally not worth the $20+.
