Told me it was very hard to put on so I paid to have it done in store. Did great job except she did not get every piece of lint or debris off screen before smoothing it down completely so in the middle I have a little ball of dirt/lint or debris sealed into my screen.

Follow the directions explicitly, and have a clean, lint-free environment to work in, as well. The result is a guaranteed protective film that doesn't interfere with touch-screen technology. I won't go without one on every piece of touch-screen electronics I have.
