Wrong item for phone

Ask it it could be put on phone, was told that Best Buy would charge $7.00 to put on shield. Said no thank you. Asked if this would fit phone, was told yes, got it phone out of package and found out they had given me the wrong size. Best Buy wouldn’t take it back. Ended up purchasing one at Version for $5 less and they but the shield on for free. Guess i won’t be shopping at Best Buy soon.
