Installation harder than it looks

I have installed screen protectors before, but things didn't go as they were supposed to and it went on with several glitches and didn't look that great once on. The company is 1st rate, however, and they are sending me a replacement that is a higher level then the one that I purchased. Overall I'm pleased.
