I don’t know why this protector was different than the other Zagg products I purchased, but the first time I dropped my phone the glass on the protector instantly started chipping maybe it was defective

The screen cracked within a week and I didn’t drop my phone or anything and the insurance really wasn’t worth it because I still had to pay to get a new one

Privacy blockage was okay but still noticeable on the sides. Didn’t fit the iPhone XS Max perfectly so the edges were exposed and made it weird looking. Cracked easily.

Seems like the screen protector would be a great compliment to any phone, only downside I found is with the privacy it is hard to get crisp lines on phone display.

I dropped my phone one time about a week after I bought this thing. It was either the perfect drop or this product is defective, because it shattered.

Zagg usually always come through for me. But I was disappointed. It wasn’t as dark as it was advertise to be. Not that great for privacy, too expensive

This is the second Zagg privacy shield. I am not hard on a phone. This one scratches way too easily. Strongly considering other options.

Does not fit note 9 properly. Within two weeks of having it put on it fell off and I had to have it replaced , it has do e popped off again si ce then

After 1 week of applying the glass, it cracked from short fall. I am grateful my phone was unharmed.

Only had this on my phone for a couple of weeks, not dropped phone and the protector has already cracked

I purchased this cover exactly a month ago and it is already broken! And it is not a cheap one. So disappointed.

I thought this was a great screen protector at first. It took some time to get used to the "privacy" aspect, I wasn't used to not being able to see my phone screen from certain angles. Got this at the end of Dec and by March, it had cracked. Thankfully my actual phone screen didn't crack, just the protector, but this product wasn't very durable at all.

I came in and replaced it under the manufacture lifetime warranty and the new one wouldn’t stick.

This privacy screen doesn’t do what it claims. Unless your screen brightness level is on minimum. Which then it’s hard to see your own screen. If you turn the brightness level up, people beside you will be able to see everything displayed on your phone. Definitely not worth the $47. I will say the screen is clear and displays very good clarity.

I’ve already replaced it after one month of use and it’s cracked once again. Never been dropped, just hairline cracks. I can order a new one and pay the $5.00 shipping once every two months. I should have just bought an OtterBox and been done with it. Don’t waste the money....

I’ve replaced this screen at least 8 times since originally purchasing. It breaks constantly and even with them offering a free replacement which I’ve taken several times it’s incredibly inconvenient. Will not replace again even if it’s free.

Had this put on my new iphone at the store. To say it's a privacy screen is a joke. There are MUCH better screens than this one. Don'y waste you money. You have to turn phone a full 90 degrees in order for the 'privacy' effect to work, which is pointless.

This screen cracks easily. I would not recommend.
