It went on easy and had no air bubbles at all. The problem I have is that I've not had it a month and it's already cracked. My phone took a tumble of about 2 feet onto tile. The phone is in an Otterbox Defender and it landed on it's side. Nothing hit the screen so best I can figure is the case shifted and caused it to crack. So at fifty bucks a pop an it's fragile enough to crack w/o being directly impacted I'll likely find an alternative product.

I bought a ZAGG with my first iPhone (iPhone 6) because the salesman was so persistent. It broke the first week. Within three months I had gone through 4. ZAGG backs their warranty very well but it was a pain to deal with filing so many claims and shipping them back. I finally stopped dealing with it and went with nothing. (I was one of the fortunate ones and never broke my iPhone screen) I just got the iPhone XSM max and decided to give ZAGG another shot. I was thinking maybe by now they’d improved. I bought the invisible shield privacy glass protector. The most expensive one in the store. Literally with two hours of installation when I pulled my phone out of my purse the left side was shattered and their were hairline cracks all throughout the glass. Once again ZAGG replaced it as per their warranty, but with $5.99 shipping. So, basically if one breaks every week the $5.99 shipping is the same as buying a new one. I will say in their favor the privacy glass works amazing! Almost too well for taking pictures at certain angles. I spent the $56 so, yes I’ll keep using it until I get fed up with replacing it. Unfortunately the new XSM screen scratches very easily :(

As far as the privacy aspect of this screen protector goes, it was pretty good. The only complaint there would be the fact it doesn’t quite cover all of the edges so there’s some light peeking through if you look at your phone at an angle. However, the quality for me personally isn’t on par with other Zagg screen protectors that I’ve had previously. Within a week of putting it on I dropped my phone maybe 2 feet and the side of the screen protector chipped and developed two big cracks. I’ve had two other types of Zagg protectors and this wasn’t an issue. Furthermore, yesterday the protector developed two more random cracks. Middle of the screen. Phone wasn’t dropped. Overall, I’m disappointed in the quality of the material, especially at the price point.

The screen protector works as described but I didn’t like it when viewing video in horizontal mode, had to be very specific angles.

Overall, the privacy part is alright, but the quality of the actual screen protector is a disappointment, based on the price. The screen protector is literally scratched all around the edges and this was like after the third day and with regular use. And after some days, the screen protector cracked and I don't even know why since my phone never fell or anything like that. Really disappointed with the quality of the product.

The protective glass did it’s job and was private however I found out that the glass messes with the phone

This is priced too high for the quality of the product. The material is not as strong as others in this price range. Additionally, the “lifetime” warranty is easier said or printed on the box versus what they actually do. For example, the layer is thin so when loading it onto the phone it damaged the lower left side. When I took it back to the store they did not take it you have to go through a rigorous online Process, so I just bought another one from a different company.

this screen protector was good at protecting my screen from OTHERS being able to read my screen, but I didn’t have it 3 weeks and the protector it’self was cracked.and it didn’t have much adhesive on it to begin wih. Just saying I could have paid $5 for a cheap screen protector instead of $40 for one that didn’t last a month

I had this screen protector for less than two weeks and I dropped my iPhone less than 2 feet on the airplane floor and the screen protector cracked (my iPhone also has a heavy duty case). While it does do a job with the invisible screen, the strength of it withholding a drop wasn’t good (with my experience)

I don’t know why this protector was different than the other Zagg products I purchased, but the first time I dropped my phone the glass on the protector instantly started chipping maybe it was defective

The screen cracked within a week and I didn’t drop my phone or anything and the insurance really wasn’t worth it because I still had to pay to get a new one

Privacy blockage was okay but still noticeable on the sides. Didn’t fit the iPhone XS Max perfectly so the edges were exposed and made it weird looking. Cracked easily.

Seems like the screen protector would be a great compliment to any phone, only downside I found is with the privacy it is hard to get crisp lines on phone display.

I dropped my phone one time about a week after I bought this thing. It was either the perfect drop or this product is defective, because it shattered.

Zagg usually always come through for me. But I was disappointed. It wasn’t as dark as it was advertise to be. Not that great for privacy, too expensive

Does not fit note 9 properly. Within two weeks of having it put on it fell off and I had to have it replaced , it has do e popped off again si ce then

This is the second Zagg privacy shield. I am not hard on a phone. This one scratches way too easily. Strongly considering other options.

After 1 week of applying the glass, it cracked from short fall. I am grateful my phone was unharmed.

I purchased this cover exactly a month ago and it is already broken! And it is not a cheap one. So disappointed.
