Worst zagg product ever scratches first day I bought it.

This is supposed to be Zagg's top of the line product for protection. It's a little confusing because it is not a tempered piece of glass. It is supposed to be like their HDX screen protectors that offer increased shatter resistance infused with sapphire crystals to provide even more resilience. What I've found, however, is that this screen protector scratches way too easily! Zagg claims it to be self-healing just like the Original, HD and HDX, however it seems that the light scratches never went away even a week and a half. I would recommend just going with the Zagg Glass HD+ or the Luxe glass screen protector. In short, if you want the ultimate protection but won't really mind light scratches, the Sapphire Defense is the way to go, but I personally went with the Zagg Luxe with the black finish.

I have bought Zagg screen protectors many times before but I have never been this disappointed. This was recommended by a salesman and he stated it was great and wouldn’t scratch. Completely wrong! Within a day it was scratched more than my last phones which was on my phone for over a year. I have had less than two months and I am already replacing due to all of the scratches.

I love these speakers, the way the stand aims the speakers at you so you get a 3D sounding environment, the sound quality is great on the mids and highs. The sound quality of the sub is not as great as I would want it to be and it doesn't hit those low notes very well however the rest of the bass is just fine

Doesn't pick up key strokes or scrolling as well. Forces mistyping of words. Screen jerks as you are scrolling. It is very frustrating and has taken away the capability of the iPhone. Going to return it and maybe try the glass one. My daughter had it and her phone was more responsive. I don't have bubbles. It isn't installed improperly. It's just not sensitive.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO READ THIS REVIEW IN FULL: DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. GO WITH A GLASS OR REGULAR SCREEN PROTECTOR. I saw negative reviews about this product regarding the durability of the screen and how it is easily prone to being scratched, but I still fell for the marketing fluff of "Sapphire infused" and "7x more durable". After purchasing the product for myself and having it for about a week the screen protector did begin to accumulate micro scratches all over the protector. So I returned this product and went with just the regular glass screen protector instead and I am glad I did. This new sapphire screen protector does not live up to the expectations of all of its marketing allure and fancy advertising gimmicks. I believe ZAGG has great products, but this one I think they need to work out a few things to improve the durability of the screen protector so that is doesn't get scratched up so easily, especially when selling for such a high price when compared to other alternatives.

Trying to apply yourself is very difficult to do.You must watch every lint and hair in the air which does get on the screen while applying. It will show up under the screen protecter as air bubbles. But other wise it is a great protecter for your phone which you do want.

Sapphire may make it harder to break but within 1 week of owning this screen protector, it is so scratched it is ridiculous. All that has touched it is the occasional set of keys that never scratched my previous protectors. I'm definitely going back to Zagg's HD+ GLASS instead.

I have only had this screen protector 48 hours and there are tons of scratches!!! I am baffled, as it is marketed to be the most scratch resistant screen protector in the world. I do not have keys or any other item with my phone to scratch the screen. The Zaggs Glass HD did not scratch like this. Unreal. I recommend a no buy.

dropped my phone in a case with a screen protecter and my phone screen cracked not the protecter

I had the glass screen protector on my iPhone 6+ and replaced it because the screen protector cracked. I replaced it with this Sapphire Defense because the guy said it wouldn't break. I'm sure it wouldn't break but now after a month of having the screen protector I'm noticing a lot of scratches on it.
