The Note 7 was recalled, so that's the main reason this had to go back. But I will say that I always prefer glass screen protectors and I did not like the way this plastic one fit on the edge screen Samsung phone

This is a great screen protector from a reputable company, but there are some issues with peeling when using with a case. Recommended to have the BBY Mobile agent install it for you, then if it starts to peel up they'll fix it for free.

As the other reviews said, if you use a case it will peel up the protector. But if you're like me and think a case ruins the look of this beautiful phone then this protector is perfect

It would be a perfect buy if they would have made it a little smaller on all for sides. When you put any case on your phone, the screen protector eventually bunches up around the edges. If it was smaller it would work flawlessly.

After having the geek squad install and waiting the prescribed two days to put the case on, the edges keep coming miming up. The screen need to be trimmed back.

I wish I didn't need a screen protector, but let's face it better safe than scratches. The protector works great, wish it was smooth like glass, but still excellent protection.

I bought this hoping to protect the screen of my note 7. The corners keep coming up. It may be because of the rounded screen but this was a waste of money.

I used my phone during the rain and the adhesive didn't stick. Don't make a product for a water resistant phone if your product isn't water resistant!

The Zagg company is a reliable source for returns due to dissatisfaction or product damage return. However, the cover did not perform well once a case was added, despite being "case friendly." The corners all peeled.

This thing is junk. Corners peel very easily and it looks horrible. Waste of money and the S pen doesn't work well with this style of screen protector.

I bought the screen protector @ best buy and @ the edges it does not stick to the sides of the phone and over night it peel off at the top of the phone

This screen protector sucks don't buy. Doesn't let you put a case around the phone with it and best buy associate took forever getting it to stay down

Have had Zagg screen protectors for years. Top quality and they stand by their products. Even printed a single protector for a tablet no longer made. I swear by them!

Typically love Zagg products but this does not work well on the Note 7 and even worse with the case on, constantly bubbling up at edges and corners

There has to be a better screen protector, whose sides and corners stay down when case is on. The edges that curve down are constantly peeling up.

This is worth buying to me. Expensive phone so I will do whatever it takes to protect it.. Did get a new one put on don't throw away the old it has to be sent back

Same as otterbox it works perfect works well with all phones i ever had and its a life time warranty exchange for free just pay the shipping cost which is not alot

had geek squad put it on waited 36 hours before putting on the case , two days later corners lifted. bought another one. same thing. wasted money

I have always been a zagg faithful for all their products. This is by far their worst. The screen doesn't align flush and the edges don't stick.

Soon as it was put on, kept peeling at the corner/edges. Especially after putting a cover on, had to trim edges just to keep it from coming off
