Customers are saying
Customers value the protection and quality of the InvisibleShield screen protector, frequently citing its scratch resistance and the included warranty as positive aspects. However, many customers experienced issues with the screen protector's adhesion, compatibility with phone cases, and the lifting of edges. The ease of application was also a point of concern for several users.

Don't bother with this if you use a case!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up yesterday and installed it last night. While the installation was pretty easy, I did have some issues. The squeegee they include is made of a fairly hard plastic, so it doesn't follow the contours of the screen. The microfiber cloth they included left behind black lint as it removed existing dust particles. That's pretty counterproductive. The installation instructions show curving the screen protector over the edges of the phone while the thick yellow plastic is still on the phone. This resulted in the screen protector continuing to stick to the yellow plastic and not sticking to the phone. The only way to get the sides to curve down and stick was to first peel off the plastic and then work the rest of it down. Unfortunately, this also resulted in part of the screen protector coming up with the yellow plastic and requiring further squeegeeing to get it back into place with minimal air bubbles. After all the work I put into ensuring it was as close to perfect as I could get it, I found that my case pushed the screen protector away from the phone in all four corners (as well as just about every other edge to a lesser extent). I suspect this will be the same with just about any decent case. Just so I can keep a protector on my phone, I used some small scissors to trim it to clear the case, as best as I could. I ordered some flat (non full coverage) tempered glass protectors and will be swapping out to one of those as soon as they arrive.

Terrible Product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Read all the numerous negative reviews and heed them. This product is terrible. I carefully followed the directions, applied the liquid adhesive (???), applied the protector, used the squeegee to clear the air bubbles, used my thumbs to get the flat protector to fit my curved Note 7 (as described in the instructions), reapplied a second time when it failed to adhere, it left marks on the protector when I removed the outer applicator, and then the sides popped up anyway! What a waste of time, money, and effort. I am the "go to" person in our family to apply these protectors, and this was the only one that proved too difficult. An absolutely awful product.

Fits well...TOO well!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This protector is very pricey, but the clarity, smoothness and scratch resistance make it almost worth it. Screen clarity and touch sensitivity are great with this protector. My BIGGEST problem is that it fits so well over the edge screens, that almost any case will cause the edges to push up and peel or bubble. I heeded the advice of the Best Buy associate that put it on-- don't use any cases for 2 days so the protector can properly set. I still started having this issue. I switch cases almost daily (and I use a lot of "fashion" cases), so this is a big dealbreaker for me; I really hate that I spent so much money on this just to have to go another route.

ShieldGate 2016
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first saw the reviews, I dismissed many of them since it seemed like improper installation. I've installed many Zagg Shields (big fan since they were a startup). I decided to buy a screen protector anyways. I was very careful during the installation. The instructions call for you to peel off a protective peice of plastic to expose the adhesive side. Unfortunately, the screen protector stuck to that plastic. Alright, no big deal; I can still manually align the shield by eye. The next thing is the adhesive liquid. Zagg used to supply a very healthy amount of liquid (in a spray) for installing these. Now, all I get is a moist towelette -- barely enough to get it right the first time! I ended up with a nearly flawless install; no bubbles and the microbubbles disappeared overnight. Then I started to have problems. It seems that the adhesive material holding the shield down isn't strong enough to stick to the glass around the curved glass. After 1 day, I noticed that the edge of the protector started separating, but was still sticky enough to push down; I thought maybe it wasn't secured enough. After day 2, I noticed it coming up several times a day and not responding very well to staying down after pressing it back against the glass. After day 3, the edges aren't sticking back down at all -- they aren't sticky anymore. As a result, the whole screen protector is coming up inside my pocket. Definite waste of money. Too bad I can't return a defective screen protector :( Maybe Best Buy will see these reviews and help us out? They should discontinue stocking this product in store. So many people having these issues. Zagg, I've always been a fan, but you let me down!

Adequate
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As other reviews have mentioned, the edges peel up, but I consider that a failing of phone rather than the screen protector. Having this on gives me some peace of mind, especially after seeing the YouTube video showing how easy it is to scratch the GG5. The small bubbles that I couldn't squeegee out have worked their way out, as advertised, within a day of installation. The texture isn't glass, but it's close - that to me was worth the price difference between this and the Original.

Terribly, Pathetically, Almost Laughably Awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is not only the worst screen protector that I have ever purchased, it is easily in the top 5 worst products that I have ever purchased. First, there is no adhesion to the curved sides at all. The temporary plastic used during application is too rigid. This results in the softer cover plastic being pulled flat (i.e. up away from the curved surface). In addition, the glue to the temporary plastic is much stronger than the glue to the screen. (This is true even after waiting over 45 minutes for the screen glue to begin to cure - the instructions said only a few minutes would be necessary for adhesion.) Because the sides do not stick, one constantly catches the cover and un-sticks the whole thing. Second, there are yellow streaks on the protector that appear to be residual glue. Third, $25 for only one cover that honestly offers about as much protection as packing tape. Fourth, the installation instructions are terrible. I have used many screen protectors and generally you can install them without any instructions. However, because there are 4 different pieces of cheap plastic for this cover (1 cover, two fingerprint protectors, one odd piece that appears to be made of the same material as the cover ), it is difficult to differentiate between the actual cover and the ancillary junk plastic pieces. Fifth (or sixth, I have honestly lost count at this point), the cover makes the pen motion much less fluid. In other words, the pen catches on the rubber like plastic instead of smoothly gliding like it would on glass or even on smoother plastic. The poor quality and overpriced nature of this product is so bad, it actually makes me wonder when Best Buy will follow in Circuit City's footsteps. My aggravation reached a point where I gleefully burned the box to this product.

Zagg HD Screen Protector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I read the directions and followed them without any issues. I even watched a couple of the videos on the Zagg website only to find that none of them matched the instructions I received ! Anyways, the screen protector is not case-friendly. I purchased an Otterbox Commuter (until Defenders are available) and the case pushes the edges up and away from the phone. I push the case edges back, smooth out the screen protector and reapply - same story. The sides along the "edge" are also lifting. I don't think that I did anything wrong but am wishing I would have paid the extra $8 for Best Buy to install with the "guaranteed installation" - although not sure that would have helped, either. I just hope that the Defender cases will be released soon !

Terrible - Doesn't stay on - Do NOT buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I pre-ordered my phone and picked it up at the Best Buy Store yesterday. The Best Buy staff was super nice and I got all my accessories to go with my new beautiful phone. They even installed my shield for me since they're trained to do so. The girl put the screen on and gave me my phone. I asked her to put on the Otter box Commuter case too and everything looked fine except there was a tiny corner that was peeling up. She said I would just have to play with it a little bit to fit in under the case. By the end of the same night the screen protector had peeled up even more and now there's lint and tiny particles under it since I had the phone in my purse. I'm so disappointed that I spent so much money on this new phone and in trying to keep it beautiful with this screen protector, ended up with a phone that looks like I had it for months. I went online to register my shield since there is a lifetime warranty, but in order to request a replacement I need to pay for the shipping and handling to get and return my shield that I bought just one day ago. If you plan to use a case you should NOT purchase this shield. Hopefully ZAGG can do something to fix these shields as they're supposedly made to be "Case-Friendly".

Seems to be ok for scratches - - Not case friendly
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The application process isn't the easiest, but it's not too difficult. However, all of the features advertised turn out to be very disappointing. The bubbles did NOT come out after a few hours. I am not satisfied with how the S Pen feels on the screen. Worst of all, this screen protector is NOT case friendly. All 4 corners are bubbling up. I will be replacing it as soon as another option is available.

Good protection with one deal breaking flaw
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Zagg and their products. I have bought their screen protectors for every phone I've had for many years and they've all been great. However this one is definitely the exception. The phone has a curved display and like has happened to numerous other reviewers the top corners of this screen protector started to come up immediately when I put my case on and there is no putting them back down. If this is all you plan on using to protect your phone then go with this because it also protects the back too. However with an all glass phone I highly recommend something other than just this to protect it. I returned this and went with a tempered glass model.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible product, especially for its price. For one I had Geek Squad put it on and that took over an hour (timed it). The guy said wait 72 hours until I can put my case on, I said okay and what do you know. It lifted at every corner no matter what i did. Also there was so many squiggles and like wierd lines in the plastic itself so if i tilted the screen a certain way or just turned off my screen in general it would be noticeable and ugly. Took it off my Note 7 and decided to return it. Got the money back for the screen protector at least

Either protect screen or protect phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for my Note 7 and had it installed by geek squad. They told me not to put a case on it for 48hrs and also all the bubbles would come out as you use it, and tbry did. But 3 days later i tried butting my otterbox on and it bubbles up like it had no business being on the shelf for sale. So i took,it back cause I need a phone case more than a screen protector.

Works for me!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I gave it 4 stars as I prefer glass screen protectors, but that was not available at the time of purchase. But I had no real issues with this screen protector. As with many others I did get bubbles when I first applied it, but after a few days the bubbles went away on their own. The edges have NOT lifted and I have my phone in a case and I put my phone in the case within 24 hours of apply the screen protector and no issues yet. So far so good!

Works well
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had Best Buy staff install this for me when I picked up my Note 7. I do have it in a case and have not had the issues with the corners peeling up like others have mentioned even with taking it in and out of the case a few times a day. My only complaint is that it feels a bit soft. If you drag your nails across this it will want to catch, but I have not had any issues with the S-pen.

Don't get this!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this thinking it would work really well. I was able to put it on just fine and it fits the phone really good. But when I put a phone case on it. The corners where pushed up. Now the screen protector is coming off. Do not get this if you plan on using a phone case.

Edges Peel Up With and Without Cover
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had these installed on both mine and my wife's Note 7 at the store when we picked them up. Waited the 24 hours as instructed before very carefully installing Best Buy's own Insignia TPU case and the edges peel up immediately. They are also tacky feeling and give rainbow affects every time you touch them from fingerprint oil. Definitely will return and hope that someones comes out with a glass screen protector that will actually work on these edge screens.

I Should've Heeded The Other Negative Reviews
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fit's perfectly from side to side. However the cover indicated it was "case friendly. It is clear as it described. No glare or rainbow effect. But the entire experience was ruined by these little black flecks that fell out of the box when I took the screen protector out. I thought I got all of them, but some of them ended up getting under my screen protector and now it's ruined. Also when you pull the first piece of plastic off, as instructions indicate, it takes the screen protector with it bunching it up in spots when you try to straighten it out. And once again, when you go to pull the final plastic off, after you've applied it to the phone, it takes the screen protector with it. When you try to correct it, it bunches up on the screen and picks up dust and lint. If you hate yourself purchase this screen protector.

Do not buy.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this screen protector with high hopes that It would work with my phone and a case, given the fact that the box described it as case friendly. Unfortunately this screen protector is not case friendly and will up on all edges that your case comes in contact with. I have an Otterbox commuter case on my phone and all edges are peeling back.
