cracked while taking backing off. the black edge makes it impossible to use drop down menu and needs to have beveled edge to priopperly fit screen

Screen protector after few says start to "break" on the edge. It looked like my screen is broken.

A few of the other S7 protectors I got (including one of Zagg's) did not fit the curves on the edge of the phone although they were marketed for the S7. Then I got the Glass Curve for the S7. It fits the curves on the edge of the phone perfectly. However, I have a few issues with the Glass Curve: Black Edges: This protector has a black trim around the edges with clear glass spots for the cameras, sensors, home button, back key, and recent app key at the bottom of the phone. I'm not sure the purpose of the black trim. All it seems to do is magnify how difficult it is to line up the back key and recent app key with the corresponding clear glass spots on the screen protector. Obviously, I did not line my protector up perfectly when putting it on, but it is not too far off. However, because the clear glass spots on the screen protector are pretty much the exact same shape and size as the actual back key and recent app key, if you don't line the protector up perfectly, you WILL see it. Front camera and sensors: The protector seems to interfere with the front sensors. I have my phone set to Auto Brightness. The phone no longer adjusts screen brightness accurately. It doesn't seem to be able to tell when I am in a sunny place anymore until I tilt the phone multiple ways for the sensor to pick up the sun. I am not sure exactly what about the protector screws it up, but I am suspecting that it is the black trim casting a slight shadow over the sensor when the light hits it at an angle. Fingerprints: This protector picks up finger prints like no other. Maybe I have sweaty hands? But it doesn't matter, before the protector, I didn't have to worry about fingerprints. With the protector, I have to wipe the phone every time I use it. Screen sensitivity: The screen sensitivity is negatively affected. I find myself having to press hard constantly or having to press multiple times at all points on the screen. I can't use the side of my thumb or finger without multiple presses like I used to. Also, it is difficult to pull down the status bar from the top of the screen. And the edges seem to be less sensitive, I have to press items on the edge of the screen multiple times. I suspect these last two are due to the black trim messing with the edges of the phone's screen. The phone is still functional, but definitely does not work as well as it did. These are minor annoyances, however, I can not justify the high cost of this protector considering all this issues.

I recently upgraded to a galaxy S7, and I bought this screen protector as my S5 also had a Zagg protector and I was very happy with it. The quality of the protector looks good, and it felt nice to the touch. It covered the screen nicely, and I had no issues with my case. Overall I was impressed by the quality of it, the touch sensitivity on the other hand was a frustrating experience. The moment I applied it, I regretted immensely, as the touch sensitivity was absolutely horrible. It was difficult to type on the keyboard, it wouldn't allow me to pull down the settings menu the majority of the time. It seemed that the edges were the hardest areas to get any response out of. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to access my phone as I had a PIN for it, and it was difficult to enter it every time. I called Zagg's costumer service to ask about returning this product, and they were very helpful so kudos to them. They have a 30 day return policy, where you can return the item to the store you bought it at as long as you have proof of purchase. I wish I could say the same about the Best Buy mobile store I bought this from, as they tried to argue with me that they couldn't accept already applied screen protectors. Eventually I received my refund, which I'm thankful for. If I'm paying nearly $50 for a screen protector, I want to be happy with it. I'm sad that this one didn't work out for me, and I'll be looking into different screen protectors.

****This item cannot be returned once it is on your phone**** Our family recently upgraded to the Galaxy S7 phone and it was recommended to us to buy a screen protector for the phones. We wanted something shatterproof that might have protected the screen if dropped. We bought these because they were half price when we bought the phone. Best Buy installed them for us. We also bought cases for the back of the phone. When we put the backs on the phone it made this protective screen almost inoperable. In order to launch apps or do anything on the phone you have to push extremely hard, and sometimes you have to touch something multiple times. All of us took off this protector but the problem is you cannot return the product once it is used. What a tremendous waste of $90.00.

This is a good protector, but it does degrade the touchscreen sensitivity greatly.

Please let me save you $44 dollars don't buy this. you will be frustrated because it is too thick so the galaxy touch screen does not respond well and about gee idk two days after i bought it it just cracked

Got a new phone and wanted to protect it with a case and glass protector but even with an open face case this protectors didn't work well with it. Not case friendly.

This product, although providing good protection for the screen, reduces the sensitivity of the touch screen. Even adjusting the system settings to the highest sensitivity level did little to make it easier to navigate the apps with the accustomed touch. Greater pressure is required and slower movements when texting.
