Glass shields don't last

The glass ones look great, truly beautiful. They chip, crack, etc. This new one has already chips. I am old & don't do much active so they should last. One must pay 7.99 to have a new one shipped from Zagg each time which adds up. But I still love Zagg. I love Best Buy also.
