Disappointing

The employee was greatly confused by the directions and should have stopped. Instead he continued and the shield was ruined. I have buy a new one. It will not be this product.

I asked to buy the insurance plan and he told me I did and guess what I broke my phone a few months later and he didn't. I had to pay through Verizon and buy a replacement phone. when it came time to put on the screen protector at the end of my original purchase he said sorry I have to go I'm off and told us someone would be with us to put it on and didn't tell anyone we were waiting. I had to wait almost another 30 minutes after they helped the next person to finish. When i called cooperate about this I was hung up on and never heard back. also this screen protector gets dents and bubble easy. ive replaced it multiple times.
