Works great if you follow the directions. Does everything I ask of a screen protector. I messed up the install but was able to get the bubbles out. The bottom half where I followed the directions had ZERO bubbles.

I wasted my money on this. I took my time. I was careful. I have been an IT professional for years, having built water-cooled systems, planning and implementing A/V systems, repairing all kinds of devices...and this would not install correctly. Not sure I can ever be convinced to purchase another one of Zagg's products. I have to give one star, because without it, there is no review. I want my money back. I want my time back. I guess both are gone.

Purchased this to go with the phone that I got but ended up returning the phone along with the accessories because I thought it was too expensive. Never opened the box.

Was pretty easy to install and does a great job. I havent dropped the phone to test lol and wont but there is no lag in response in touch and it is nice and clear as if nothing is on the screen.

I was expecting better by the review I have read. Well you learn the hard way. I do have it on my phone for now. It does work when touching the screen it does respond. Well see

Since the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra didn't come with a screen cover on the US version this was a must. Glad I purchased this the same day. Ive installed a lot of these on several phones so the installation was easy for my.

This was replaced under warranty The person that helped me a spy was courteous quick efficient was able to have me back Out within 20 minutes

Directions are not very helpful. Bubbles are all over, some are lent from the "cleaning cloth" that came with it. It peeled off after less then one day of use. Terrible buy, hope I can get a refund but would rather except the loss than exchange for a new one. Wish the description would tell you a little more about the product thought it was gonna be a solid piece not the clear film. Save your money buy something else.

Items was difficult putting on my telephone. Lots of bubbles that did not come out. Ended up scrapping items for both phones.

My mom needed a screen protector for her phone, Taylor at Best Buy on Saginaw helped us put her protector onand she was very satisfied.

This is completely worth the extra money for it! I wasted my money on another one online and it didn't even stick to the phone and the finger touch didn't work at all! I am so glad I ended up with this!

I love samsung but i had to give this phone a 3 its acting crazy. I bought the phone cash 1299 and a few week later the screen was moving by itself

This item worked great. I would recommend letting them put it on in the store. They do it for free and I had a good bit of trouble trying to get it on myself. They can get it done it about 5 minutes

I love that you can't tell its there. Its works great even with the fingerprint feature which was a concern because reviews said it would not read the fingerprint. . Great purchase and guaranteed for life.

Installation process is poorly designed. After you carefully place everything, rub out bubbles, and get it perfect, you are supposed to peel off a final protective layer. The problem is that this layer does not separate from the shield itself, so it peels off of the phone... leaving you with nothing but a flimsy piece of trash and nothing on the phone. Utterly useless and a waste of money.

Not horrible. Just in the most used areas It started to wear down to a noticeable dull area. Took a couple of months to look bad.

Have not had this for a month and the side has ripped. Thought my screen was cracked but it was just a rip in the shield. Never had this do that before.

I must say this is one of the best store for a phone and selected assesories Giving you a 5 star was bcos there are no other stars available would have giving you more..

I have had Zagg on all my phones in the past and love it. This screen here is different in the fact it is anti microbial screen. Plus it is very strong and protects all parts of the screen
